This should be a a zero rating! My first and last time going to this location! I went through the drive through before my sonās football practice to order a whopper with cheese no bun no pickle no ketchup. Got to practice and there was a burger patty with cheese lettuce and onion but no mayonnaise and no tomatoās. So I went back to get the mayonnaise/tomatoes. When I explained what was missing on my whopper with cheese Jill whom I believe was the manager rudely threw away my whopper and remade my whopper. When she gave it to me she said we donāt add mayonnaise or tomato to low carb options! First off I was thinking I didnāt order anything as a low carb option. I ordered and paid for a whopper with no bun no pickles no ketchup. Then when I looked at what was on my remade whopper by Jill I saw that she didnāt put the cheese I paid for. When I spoke up to Jill calmly saying you forget the cheese for my whopper. Jill rudely said you should have said that when I went to remake it. I did!!! I was so upset with how horrible the customer service Jill represented that I couldnāt even eat the food I paid for! In fact the only reason I know the name to speak of here is because when I went back to my car I was so upset by the way I was treated so I went back into the establishment to directly ask this female managers name. As I left upset Manger Jill condescendingly said have a nice day. All Jill had to do was give me a side of mayonnaise and tomato. But instead she treated me like I did something wrong and she gave me a cold burnt patty with unmelted cheese plus toppings. I will be calling corporate to complain about who they have managing things for there company! Iāve never been treated like this when...

Update: 5 months later and I thought well, kids want Burger King letās try it again might be different.. I was SO wrong. Not only did i have to wait 20 mins in the drive threw bring the ONLY car there.. My kids couldnāt even eat there nuggets cause half of them were stuck together and not cooked completely. As the picture is shownš¤¦āāļø also the fried pickles⦠so disappointing. Didnāt even get full pieces and it was not even a quarter full⦠so irritating. Iāve worked kitchen for years, have never been so shocked with how horrible the service is there. Itās fast foodā¦. Not a dine in restaurant waiting for your order. I waited in line for over 20 minutes, finally made my order at drive thru, got to the 1st window and she took my card and charged me almost 18 dollars for the 2 for 5. It took them almost 20 minutes to attempt to undo the false charge, and they did not get it done. I then told them to just give me cash back and I will have to contact my accountant as it was a business card. They then handed me my food, I put my hand in the bag and all the food was cold from them not knowing what to do on my card. They did give me my order for free, but not to mention there were over 12 cars in the drive thru and they have a trainee working the pay window at possibly the busiest part of the day. The whole incident lasted almost 40 minutes. I will never return to this restaurant as I have given then many many chances and they keep screwing things up. I will now be going further to the Burger King up Meridian...
