Horrible; I wish I could get my prepaid tip back; I will never go there again; and, the cashier working tonight was a dummy!!!!! I ordered a 5:30pm pickup at 3:30pm. Get there at 5:35, not there! There were two bags behind the counter! The dummy cashier looked at them both and said, "Not here!" She looked in the system and said, "I don't see your order!" I showed her my order on my phone!! She turned around to the 2 bags that were on the counter, looked inside one, and asked me what I ordered, I told her! They need to pay attention to the customer and stop chit chatting with each other. They aren’t listening when you say a little bit or that’s enough. Then worse they half scooped my guacamole which is $3. I ask for a little more they charged me double. $6 to get what still wasn’t a full scoop or what you would get in a cup. Then the girl at the counter just argued about instead of getting the manager. I had to ask for him and he immediately said don’t double charge him. This place is unorganized . I ordered off the app, have my confirmation number, went in to pick up only for the “manager “ to tell me that they don’t have my order . It was a glitch in the system.
