Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Washington

I was very excited about this new location I’ve been coming here with no problems until i did! I payed online and RICHARD a store assistant manager assaulted me. I payed online he brought the pizza to me then i went to take it and leave and he snatched the pizza from me. Saying i have to pay i was so perplexed and scared because i payed online so i was unsure of why he was acting so aggressively. To make it worst it was another female manager there who allowed and watch this man assault me! This is absurd and insane ! If your a women i highly recommend not going here! Because if they think it’s ok to assault people while they stand and watch. Then they’re worried about a refund I’m not worried about a refund how about give me my pizza lol poor management i never in live experience something so unprofessional and could have been avoided . Don’t waste your time or money here if they don’t care about your safety why would they care about how they prepare your food! To make things worst i never got a receipt of the alleged refund! And had to go to another place to order pizza for my kids that where...

There is no way that I should have to ever wait 1 hour 15 min for a Pizza Hut pizza. Especially after calling it in before arriving to pick-up. I pulled up to an extremely backed up restaurant. I asked to speak with a supervisor and this gentleman (who was working the register and phone orders the whole time) said that he was :). I then ask for a business card with the general manager name. And then he replies that he was the general manager as well :) The receipt I was given didn’t have any information regarding the store. Just my order. So here I am now, a disappointed customer who will not be returning based on the poor service and mediocre pizza I received here yesterday. Unless under new “management”. I paid for an underwhelmed because I have a child to feed. As a paying customer I expect good quality food and for my food to be correct as ordered.

RUN to a different location if you see him working! VERY Poor...

I've ordered from here maybe about 6-7 times and have never been disappointed in the quality and timelines. My pizzas have always been hot, well-made (toppings, fresh and plentiful), and mad pretty when I pop that box open. Appeal is def apart of the game, along with quality. This location stands on business. It's really unfortunate that they've felt the need to install bulletproof glass; it definitely leaves no room for chill vibes and comfort. But, hey, if that's what makes the employees feel safe, by all means. As long as I’m getting what I paid for (quality product and experience), then I don’t mind the temporary ugliness of the environment. It is what it is around here. I go for the food, not to be all behind the counter. Keep up the good work....
