I am very unhappy with my experience tonight. To the point of where I will be calling the boss and reporting the managers name and one other name who I encountered tonight. I paid for a three topping pizza (one of the toppings was onions). They barely put any onions on it at all (maybe 5 or 6 pieces of onions). That definitely doesn't cover the pizza. If I'm paying for a topping then I want what I pay for. They have been doing this since I started getting this combination of toppings. Well last time I finally got fed up with it and said something and they fixed it no problem. But tonight, tonight was a different story. They were told that there was not enough onions and the person I was working with said they would fix it. Well when I go back in to pick the pizza up, I was told by the manager that I'd have to pay for the extra onions. Nobody told me that to begin with. Of course I protested. And I'm definitely not gonna pay extra for a topping that I already paid for that should've been up there to begin with. They didn't even remake the pizza. They just ran more onions through the oven and slapped them on the pizza (which was getting cold by the way). So here I am eating cold pizza and livid at the customer service I received tonight. That manager is very rude and unprofessional. They said I will be charged next time for extra onions but how in the heck can you say that 5 or 6 small pieces of onion over a large pizza is considered a topping? So I got the names of the people I encountered and the boss's number and will be calling tomorrow. This is insane and if the boss doesn't want to help or fix anything, the next step is his boss. Domino's and everywhere should have some sort of satisfaction guaranteed policy. I'd give this place 0 stars if I could because I...
Read moreI normally do not do public complaints. However, what I witnessed today pulled at my heartstrings. I walk into this location to pick up an online order. There was someone in front of me and an older lady (70's) sitting down waiting for her order. She spoke to me and said she has been waiting for her order for a long time. One of the workers heard our exchange and asked for her phone number...no other words just her phone number. I made a statement saying the lady was waiting for her order, she did not need to place an order. Then the manager (I'm assuming that's who she was) speaks up and says the lady hasn't ordered yet, she won't give us a phone number. The manager then continued to speck to this lady very rudely, you could tell the was confused. We can't enter your order without a phone number...she repeated this multiple times.
This poor lady had been sitting there for who know how long waiting on an order the workers never placed. Instead of talking to lady, they just let her sit there, waiting, over a phone number! It was clear the lady wasn't going to go anywhere, why couldn't the worker just put in the store number. I felt bad for this lady, she just wanted her pizza.
To top this all off, I got back to work with my food. The crust wasn't done. It was doughy even though I got a Brooklyn style which is a thinner crust.
This location seriously needs training in...
Read moreI was racially profiled and stereotyped at Dominoâs in Washington NC on 10/5/23 by a manager. After I placed my order ONLINE, walked in, picked my order up and paid. I got a phone call about an hour or 2 later from a female manager named âJoannâ stating âI told you not to order at dominoâs, youâre banned and your order was cancelled!!â( mind you, I already ordered, paid, picked my order up and ate) she then hung up on me. I returned to Dominoâs to speak with a manager. When I walked in she asked me what was my order I stated â Can I speak to a managerâ she then stated âNO!! GET OUT MY STORE GET OUT! You will not call and talk to my employees that way!â She never asked how May she help me, whatâs my name or anything. Earlier in the day she had a situation with someone that called the store. (Yes my name is associated with the number that called, but I have a few numbers in my name. Plus the number that called and my number are two totally different numbers) She assumed because Iâm a black female that walked in and ask for the manager I was the one that called earlier that day. I never call Dominoâs I always order online for the coupons and reward offers I can receive. I called corporate yesterday evening and left a voicemail. This morning i called back and I spoke with someone, hopefully this situation will...
