Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Washington

My pregnant wife and I ordered pizza from this location for delivery, gave them our address they told us they deliver to our location after we place our order we paid for it then they called us back 45 minutes later past closing time supposedly telling us they cannot deliver to us and then telling us we cannot pick up our pizza and there was nothing that they could do for us. I am very disappointed with this location seeing there a rated four stars. I was spoken to very disrespectfully even though I was very respectful and basically begged her to let us come pick up this pizza, my wife is pregnant and we live only seven minutes away, we then told them we’re only seven minutes away and he called my pregnant wife a liar and said that location is over 10 minutes away from us which is not true because Google says it is seven minutes away. I used to love dominoes, this is where I do all of my business what I want pizza ordered, I have been a loyal customer for at least 10 to 15 years the way I was treated and the way my pregnant wife is treating is enough for me to cut that tie. I will no longer be using dominoes, I will be contacting corporate about this issue and I will be there tomorrow to pick up my pizza for free. We understand it’s late and we understand that when it’s time to go home it’s time to go home but this is not the way you treat a customer after you make a mistake, especially a customer that was kind to you when you told us about your mistake. I’m mad we order 3 times a week from dominoes and have for ten years we have moved to lynnwood a few months ago and have got treated like garbage they constantly forget re icing or sauce so I finally called the guy at the door on it he was a total jerk about it I had to call the store so they send a guy out with a handful of sauce and he says here so you to have to call and complain next time we’ll on top of that we ordered the other day and this store sent the wrong stuff. Ft guy came to the door and argued with me bout it he said you must have pressed the wrong button I said no we reordered the same thing we have every time well Dyer five minutes of arguing with him he took the bread and sauce back and said he would go to the store and tell them and get are right food out well that didn’t happen nd a half hour before the tore closed we called nd called nd called and no newer at the store Nd no food returned so we basically got ripped off.Then I call the stairs tonight and the girl says are you sure it’s this store and then she lies Nd says she can’t see our order that the last one she sees was last month so now my order just disappeared what a bunch of liars and yeah this is Monte in Martha’s lending you guys have lost my business forever I wish people rn there store here like they did in Seattle not once for four years did they mess up are order so if you live in Seattle go to 125th and greenwood those guys were great ps...

Tonight me and my daughter came into this location at around 1130 pm when they close at 1 i asked about a promo deal that i usually get instore and the gentlemen helping me said it was only online and i asked him if he was sure as i had gotten it multiple times in store he said yes with a very rude attitude which he had gotten when i said i was there to order not pick up so i made the order online like he had asked me too and the order went thru on his end before my payment cleared the screen on my end so i was standing at the counter and he told me and my daughter to go outside we were not allowed to stand around the store so i told my daughter to step outside like we were asked and as im standing outside of the business unlocking my car i can hear this worker speaking to another worker about me and my daughter and they wers calling us names anx talking very vulgar about us including cuss words so i opened the door and i told the gentlemen that he really shouldnt be talking bad about his paying customers when they r standing outside and he preceeds to say ok ok and yea and and and so i told him that i would need his boss name and phone number or coopratesnumber and he just laughed about it and didnotgi s to me soi will be contacting somebody higher then this gentlemen if he doesnt want to do do his job then he should give it to somebody that actually wants it...
