Dunkin' — Restaurant in Washington

Small things matter! When ordering from this establishment there is a general behavior around sugar!!! Adding sugar is a laborious process for this staff, but should not impact the customer experience! Having left my, home to drive and get coffee at the NY Ave Dunkin Donuts (store #334714..I ordered 3 large hot coffees each with 4 cream and 11 sugar and a sandwich I received 3 large hot coffees with 4 cream and absolutely no sugar in any cup!! It took the coffee back, clearly unhappy about a second drive and expected some customer service. What I got was passed over, asked to wait, questioned as to whether I asked for the sugar in the coffee (had that been the case there was no sugar in the bag) and told there is sugar packets by the door. Finally, a woman who was identified as the manager took my cups (that have been tasted) and sits them.on the counter next to the sugar machine. I'm not sure what amount of button pushing is required for 11 sugar to come out, but it gave this manager the deep sighs for what I counted was 4 pushes. By now, a line of customers is forming but I'd still like to have my coffee, I taste what she added.... (not 11, the only was I take a large (sometimes medium black with 5 sugar), not anything but some added sweetness. I ask to be refunded and comped the coffee, she said no. I asked for a refund , she complied. I went to Dunkin' Queens Chapel Road and got exactly what I ordered, to perfection!!

This is the worst DD I have ever encountered. It's the closest one to home, which really sucks. I ordered my free drink which was a large frozen caramel coffee with whipped cream and caramel drizzle. I've gotten this as my free drink for 3 years. While placing the order at the counter, the woman waiting on me just walk away mid-stream, without a word. No one came back to assist for more than 10 minutes. When my order was finally taken and handed to me, the original woman that was taking my order walked back over and said that I owed an additional .33 cents for the cream. I refused to pay the addition as I've never been charged before and if there were changes to add ons, I should have been told while placing the order. ALL OF THE WOMEN AT HIS LOCATION ARE RUDE. The staff ruins it. I got a new job and so on my first day I hit this Dunkin as it’s right by my new work. I got to the window and the employee there was pretty rude. After I drove off I realized they messed up my entire sandwich and a coffee was burnt. I left a review on the app and got a super nice phone call “hey sorry about your experience give us another shot “ come in and let us re-do the order for free. So I went in there yesterday and was only getting a drink, but the lady at the window was again very rude. I ended up not getting anything just said no thanks and drove off.
