Horrible service, takes forever to receive your food and worse of all you have to go fetch it yourself. There is no numbering system and the order takers don't even call you to inform you when your food is ready. You have to keep an eye out for it yourself.

The food is bland and honestly there are better pupusas at other places. Lastly, they allow patrons to be disturbed by wandering "salesmen" who interrupt you with an offer to buy shampoo or laundry detergent while you're eating.

Customer service is horrible! Not only does it take forever, but the male cashier ALWAYS seems to be in a bad mood and is always rushing people when placing an order. He got my order wrong because he was looking elsewhere while I was giving him my order and then got upset because I asked him to place another order for the items I repeated to him twice and still didn’t get. Ercilias is a good restaurant with good food. I've been coming to this restaurant for years now to eat at different times during the day and it gets busy. Pupusas are great, especially the cheese with loroco (Fernaldia Pandurata).
