I recently visited this Five Guys location and was blown away by the outstanding service and quality of food provided. Despite a previous disappointing experience at another location, the staff at this establishment completely turned my perception around.

Upon entering, I was warmly greeted by a team of four dedicated individuals, three gentlemen and one young lady, whose names unfortunately slipped my mind but whose professionalism and helpfulness certainly did not. They went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was nothing short of exceptional.

The restaurant itself was immaculately clean, which immediately set a positive tone for my visit. It's clear that cleanliness and hygiene are top priorities for this establishment, which is always reassuring for customers.

When it came to the food, I was thoroughly impressed. After explaining my previous negative encounter at a different location, the staff took extra care to ensure that my meal was not only fresh but also prepared with the utmost attention to detail. Each bite was a testament to the care and dedication put into crafting every item on the menu.

Why is Q trying to steal the worker's items and gifts? That mini fridge, phone, and other package are not yours Q. Id like to carefully remind everyone theft in the workplace of an employee's gifted belongings is agaisnt the law. I recommend all management is reminded before the authorities have to get involved next time. I recommend not trying to intimidate me and mistreat me next time either.

I visited Five Guys at 2490 Market St NE, Washington, DC 20018, on June 19, 2025, and was extremely disappointed. The staff exhibited a nasty attitude, with one employee handling fries cursing loudly in front of families and small children. The atmosphere felt hostile and unfriendly. Requests were met with eye rolls and curt responses, ruining what should have been a casual meal. Cleanliness seemed secondary as tension hung in the air.
