The young gentleman who rang me up who’s name says Anthony was EXTREMELY nasty and rude. First he tried to have a dispute with me about getting my law enforcement discount AFTER I provided him with my law enforcement identification & credentials. He proceeds to tell me that the manager is not there and he can not accept my ID. After that I counter which lasted about 3 minutes he put my discount in and allowed me to pay. After I paid I asked for my receipt he refused to give me my receipt and said he can not print me a receipt and the receipt that came out he MUST keep it because I used my police discount. I come to this particular location MULTIPLE times a week and have never had an issue using my discount with my law enforcement ID and I have NEVER been told I can not get my receipt. A man after me paid for his meal and was given a receipt. While the man after me is paying for his meal Anthony is still arguing with me and being extremely dismissive and rude. It was so much that the man after me told me to take a photo of my receipt that Anthony was withholding from me. I asked Anthony may I take a picture he says yes and lay the receipt down on the counter and hold it with both of his hands as if I was going to take the receipt or something. The only reason I see what his name was is because of the picture of the receipt I took. His behavior and service he exemplified is completely unacceptable and very distasteful. Read moreIf it were possible to leave a sub-negative rating I would. Upon entering the establishment and promptly ordering our food. The employees made it and left it sitting on the counter. They then informed us that their computer was down and we would have to wait twenty minutes to pay and for them to give us our food. We first offered to leave our card at the register while we ate our food and they could charge it as soon as systems were up. That idea was shot down. So we then countered to pay them a fifty dollar bill (our food total was $32.08) We said they could keep the change and they still refused. They wanted us to sit and stare at our food going cold until their system was up again. They said they would rather throw the food out and waste it then let us have what we ordered. So heads up if you like dining on stale cold food and a lot of attitude these are your guys. We however will take our $50 bill elsewhere #justiceforjoe...
Read moreThis happened at 11:40 am and I would like to highlight 3 things from my visit. When I got into there it was empty and only two people were in front of me. But once it was my turn I was rushed and pushed through the line only due to a few people lining up behind me. If your staff feels unable to deal with less than 6 people in a line and maintain composure, then the staff is not well trained. Second, my bowl was underserved compared to the previews clients before me. I understand there is a standard to serving these bowls, which is why I didn't complain. But I was asked if there was anything else I would need after some lettuce is barely sprinkled over my bowl. I then asked for more. The worst part of this visit was the fact that they were out of sour cream and green sauce. What chipotle is out of sour cream at 1140 am.
