It has been disappointing dealing with the staff and level of service. Everyone seems to be under 18 and it shows. Twice I put in online orders 20-30 mins in advance and both times I came into the store to see not only was it not ready but the ticket hadnât even been looked at. This last time when I came in on August 12th in the evening, there was a boy standing at the door who didnât work there and one of the young ladies working was just standing talking and flirting instead of making an order that was placed 20 mins prior. I am all for teens having a job, especially black teens and was even trying to get passed the attitudes and smart talking from these young ladies but having to wait extra time everytime I place an online order takes the convenience away. The purpose of me placing an online order to begin with is to avoid the poor attitudes most of the young ladies have. Also, itâs worth letting these young ladies know that to talk about someoneâs order, questioning why they would need this or that WHILE I COULD HEAR is unacceptable. Gossip about me when I leave, not while I stand there. Sadly the one Hispanic (or white) young lady who I encountered seemed to be the only one of the three that had no attitude and was doing her job. I say this with love, having a public facing job requires tact and decency. Online orders should not be left and ignored until the person walks in and asks about it. Again, this is my second time encountering this issue which prompted me to write to you. I donât know if adult supervision is needed but the service at this store canât continue to be poor.

   Read moreHorrible place!!! I came in to buy 2 ice cream cups. When we got to the car there was a big piece of hair in our ice cream. It was the hair of one of the employees who did our order. We came back in to get a refund and they told us the manager well refund it on her computer. We asked for a receipt and the girl said the manager was going to print it. WE WAITED 15MINS for a receipt. I kept asking how much longer. I got tired of waiting so I told her to call her manager to the front SHE SAID SHE NOT HERE I was like then where she at she said she can see from the camera and her computer!!!! EXCUSE ME ?!?! So there was no management present I asked her so it's all employee she said yes THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!! I told her to keep calling her manager because this is wrong. Her manager wasn't picking up the phone. I asked the name of her manager who is supposed to be on shift she said her name was NIKKI.    Read moreMarch 8th 2024 (my birthday) at 7:30 pm I encountered the most unprofessional and volatile staff at this location. The male making my order was upset when I asked him for brownie in my ice-cream. He said that they ran out. When we got to the register he did not know how to work the machine. Taking his frustration on us. He finally asked a female coworker for help but she got mad at him for asking for help. Her being mean to him made him more rude to us. Since it was my birthday I wanted a cake. We said that we wanted one and they both rolled their eyes. Then said with an attitude that it will cost 60 or 70 dollars. ( it cost 30) we couldn't understand why they would not want to sell us a cake. They also did not honor my birthday BOGO and made us pay full price. I couldn't even enjoy the ice cream because the kit-kat in it was so spolied it tainted the taste of everything.
