Charged me for a sausage biscuit. I ordered just one cookie. One singular cookie. They end up giving me a sausage biscuit. I noticed the bag was heavy but I didn’t think much of it because I didn’t think it was possible to mess up an order of one cookie when the restaurant wasn’t even busy. I pull back through the drive through. Explained what happened. Not one but TWO of the employees acted like I was speaking a foreign language. They get a manager. I tell her what happened. I just want ONE cookie and a refund for the differences I told her to refund the money back to my card. She said NO, that she would give me cash instead. Ok weird but whatever. She gives me the cash refund but not the cookie. I ask the employee where my cookie is and she asks me to pay again???? So I give her my card again (a homeless man walked up to my window) and I decided to give him the 2 dollars). Manager comes back and starts telling me that she asked me if I wanted the cookie and I said no or something? Which wasn’t the case. I said yes multiple times! I wanted the cookie! Notice how complicated a very simple transaction should’ve been? A normal, emotional intelligent manager would’ve just given me the cookie for free instead of trying to argue with me. I will be reporting her to corporate.
Also, the person at the window should be able to speak fluent English. It doesn’t matter if they speak another language too (that’s great more power to you!). But I shouldn’t have to go through two people who have no idea what I’m talking about because English is beneath them. And yes I said beneath them. I would feel disrespectful/embarrassed if I moved to another country, chose to work in customer service, then refused to adequately learn a language to the point where I was severely misunderstanding people and making THEM feel like the...
Read moreI'm very big on customer service and in today's world technology is taking over. It's making the employee's of these billion dollar establishments lazy and rude. When I arrived at this Mc Donalds, I went directly to the counter. When the young man came back to the counter he said in a very condescending way. You have to go over there. I was confused and said huh? He said you have to order over there. Then another young man went to the board and put my order in. On this big menu board that to me is a waste of money. Why did Mc Donalds come out with this. Why do they think it's a good idea? What ever happen to.... How may I help you? I like to be greeted like that when I'm about to spend my money. Not u have to go over there. This is why I like Chic fi la bc they always remind you how much of a pleasure it is to...
Read moreThe Spanish manager is very rude, we went for a dinner, got our order with large size, after struggling with the staff to order a fillet o fish.
After I finish my drink I went to the drink machine to fill water in my cup, it didn’t work, so I went to tell him the water tap isn’t working. His exacts answer you can’t read there are signs all over no refill, I said I know, I am asking for water the water isn’t working he said we charge for water, the water isn’t free, In a very rude way. True or not I don’t care, but to be rude is so wrong, all you have to do is fill the cup and ask for money. Not to mention the place like a drug house, the weed smell inside more than...
