In this mcdonald's, the employees are just looking up, facing outwards, that is, they don't hear the customer, they 'ignore', they only serve Drive-TUR customers, it's less work for them if they don't see it, they don't hear it.... Dive-Tur gives the customer's food, the drivers who come for the package are waiting there, they close the window without seeing them, that is, they are very famous and fashionable to close them, tak-tak-hey McDonald's staff do these drivers get you for free, what is the difference from other customers, what do you think by working there? If the drivers do not come, if the others do not come, where will the money come from in your safe? Have you ever thought about this, or have any of you thought about it? In general, there is a problem in all McDonald's, but there are more problems in this McDonald's. The drivers are not rude, they always enjoy making you wait. Like you, the drivers do the package job to take money home, but you can't do the package job, you enjoy making them wait or cancel it. You say no, every time you cancel, ten packages a day at 10$ only 100 per day is 3000$ per month, 36,000$ per year. Have you ever accounted for this? If you can't work, get out and let others work... Also, why are the new orders and mobile orders kept waiting in the same order? Then what's the point of the order placed on the internet, if he will wait in line, why should the customer order from the internet, why does the customer order from the internet when he goes to the restaurant, he takes it to avoid waiting, but with new orders, you keep the orders waiting without mobile payment, this is already a problem. injustice is keeping the customer waiting for the customer's money and disgracing them, it is a violation of customer rights... !! The customer expects this, he placed his order, so there is no point in making things that are so easy so difficult and have them come from the back row. There is no limit to those who honk their horns and get angry. One day, a fight may break out for these reasons, because it is not clear why hungry people and thirsty people get angry, what they will do when they wait longer than necessary. The staff inside are getting paid, if they didn't they would be getting paid. There must be another solution to this, the people working there have no professional knowledge. So I came into your establishment earlier with my elderly stepfather, and my elderly Uncle and the young lady came to the register and told us that we need to go to the kiosk. What was the point of her being at the register if we needed to use the kiosk I don’t know also I’m not sure if y’all are aware but old people in technology don’t mix very well if we came in there for something slight like a sandwich just a sandwich or some fries we shouldn’t have to use the kiosk. You have a register that McDonald’s is not packed 24 hours a day as to where no one can take your order at the register there was nobody in line so the fact that the young lady came to the register just to tell us to go to the chaos and I’m there with two old people. It’s a problem for me that y’all need to fix it immediately. OK it’s not professional it’s unbecoming. We didn’t even get anything from your establishment because the young lady turned both of the registers off after I caught her out for getting paid for doing nothing what are you at the register for if you can’t take any orders just because you have chaos. It doesn’t mean that the entire world is accepting of that older people don’t have time for that BS. We came in there for something very small they could’ve been ran up at the register and gave to us as soon as we ordered it but because you have lazy workers, they think the kiosk is the register you lost business And you should be looking forward to losing more because I’m gonna spread the word that this location is discriminatory against Black people, especially older Black people that are not familiar with technology. It is expected that you will wait in this drive thru for a minimum of 10 min before ordering. No matter the time of day. I have not found a good time that this place is not busy. I’ve been in line as I’m typing this for 8 minutes already. To have my order taken. They also have us ordering at the first window and not at the leaked box so people probably can’t even see what they want to order making it longer. If this is supposed to be a quick stop before work or on your lunch break don’t do it! It’s not fast casual. You can probably get your food made at &Pizza or tropical smoothie way faster and better quality. Never again. Officially late to work. And it’s 5:40 M now. Another 2 min gone by as I’ve continued typing . You’re a 24 hour location. So there’s no excuses it’s not like you just opened.
