I ordered a 2 Medium Frappe's. They handed me one, It looked fine. A couple minutes later they hand me the other. I was filled about a half an inch from the top with a little whipped cream not even filling the dome. I told the guy I looks a little low. He said that's how the machine makes it. He said if he makes another one it will come out the same. Well I drove away knowing that if what he said is true then their machines are calibrated to rip people off so they can save money. Well I got home, handed my kid his drink and called asking for a discount on a future drink, I just wanted a dollar off. If they gave me this gesture, I'd continue returning... Maybe. They told me to drive back and return the old one if I wanted them to make me a new one. Since my kid hadn't drank any yet, I drove back to get a proper frappe. They were nice when I got in there. I didn't see the original guy who made my drink though. I didn't like that they were tried to say It was complaining over $0.01 worth of frappe. Maybe that 1/2 inch off the top is an 1 oz or 2. and maybe that equates to about $0.20 to $0.40 cents. I'd bet they sell 300 frappe's a day saving themselves $20-$30K pear year $0.20 at a time. As you can see if this is they're normal practice they are saving them selves bank. The gentleman made me a proper frappe after dropping the old one in the trash. He stuffed it with whipped cream too. He earned the 2nd star on this review other wires I'd leave 1 star. I tried to level with them, I told them I in Seattle they have to pay their employees $15 per hour. I could see stores in Seattle skimping to save money. but not Lynnwood. Dude tells me "Here the minimum is $12." I didn't talk after that. He should drive a few miles south and get that money doing the same exact thing. If you look at the picture the drink on the left is not filled to the top. real stingy on the...
Read moreOkay I'm gonna be honest, this place doesn't even deserve the 1 star, it's a 0 ngl. I've had to stop my father multiple times from being (justifiably) angered by the cashier in the morning. They have always messed up our order every single time we have had that lady take our order. I tried to justify it and say it could be the comms but every time we come during the later hours they get the order correct (most the time, somtimes they forget me saying no pickles soo..). So I'm starting to think it's the lady's fault, and this morning was the final straw. We said an entire order for my dad, thought about 10-15 seconds for mine and ordered. She somehow missed half the order which was the part she had actually asked if (that was all) before we thought of mine. The only order she gave us was mine, and again.. I want to remind you I have taken the comms into account and maybe since I'm not a worker there I might just be misunderstanding something myself, but I beg to differ. Again, the later employee's get it correct. The combination of her not getting this right costed us at least 30 minutes talking to the manager to clear up the incident (even though I'm 100% sure she barely understood anything we were saying) and I feel as though nothing got through to them. Please fix this McDonald's. Or I will cut my familys funding to this specific location. About 200-300 bucks a...
Read moreLived in Lynnwood for the last 20 years, been coming to this location for the last 15 at least. Unfortunately I won’t ever go back. My wife ordered a mobile order and sent me to go get it since she had things to do. I get to the speaker box, give them the code, the guy said “second window!” And off I go. I get to the second window and all of a sudden they “can’t see my order” and so they “can’t make my food”. I said I’ve done this multiple times since my wife was bedridden, never had issues before. She said the phone had to be here. I showed her on my phone the “cancel order” button was gone due to them receiving my code and started preparing the order. So I demanded my food. They said they can’t do it unless I bring the original phone.
I decide it’s not worth my time and holding up the drive thru, so I go park and go inside and reorder the same exact order, I showed her the order on my phone and lo-and-behold, my order was in my hand 20 seconds after I paid. I’ve never seen McDonald’s make food that fast. It was almost like… the food was already prepared and bagged??
Anyways, the Hispanic lady manager I dealt with in the morning ruined my experience and so I’ll take my business elsewhere. Double charging, lying, disrespectful and condescending....
