MOD Pizza — Restaurant in Washington

I did an internet order to avoid the lines and in-store wait time. I went to pick it up and I've never been to this location before and only to a Mod Pizza once prior. I went to the pickup counter and got ignored. I went to the cashier counter to see if I could get some help. One of the workers started ringing me up for the pizzas I already told him that I ordered and paid for online. He voids the order and walks away without even helping me in any way. I went back to the pickup counter and finally flagged someone down only to have that person sound exasperated when I asked for help with my order.

Not everyone knows exactly what to do or where to go to pick up an order. A little help would go a long way. All it would have taken is a few seconds to point a customer to where they need to go. I received no help, an elitist attitude, and look of exasperation when asking for help. I'd give ZERO...

Pizza was great, and consistent totally what would would expect in comparison to other MOD pizza's. The lobby was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that they do not serve beer. They were offering Black Cherry White Claw, Chardonnay wine can't remember the brand, house wine Pinot Grigio, and Rose canned wine. All other MOD Pizza's I have been to does have a couple of beers on tap and a couple bottle or can choices. Not looking to come in and have more than 1 beer; but I would have at least like to have that option. I know that the restaurants are franchise owned, I am sure that the owners have made that choice have any beer offerings, but I feel they are missing out on a some potential business. I would go to this location again but it would be nice to have an option or...

Every single time we want superior food, pizza & absolutely PHENOMENAL SERVICE, we choose this specific location because of your associate, Ms. Zoie!!! We always have pretty consistent services at most locations but Ms. Zoie is why she gets our 10 Star Review. She always looks out for us. She Alwaysssss exemplifies excellence with us & other customers while making us feel like we are the most relevant, priceless patrons in the neighborhood!!! I wish other businesses had reps like Zoie. Her passion and service makes already yummy food taste even better. We hope she gets commended and rewarded for her efforts.
