I've been here a few times and my nails always turned out great, until this last time I went it. What I got was a fill, nail trim, and gel color. So from the start the lady seemed as if she was in a rush. She was doing my nails in a way that seemed like she didn't want me to be there and just half fasting the job. Then she starts the polish and around this time some customers come in and I guess one was an appointment (I was a walk in), and this is when I felt it went down hill. She did the first coat of color and put my hand in the lamp and told me to take my hand out before the full time. She then did the again with the second and top coat. ( maybe it doesn't need to cure as long any more?) What got me was at the end after putting location on my hands, she decides to file them on the sides for some reason. I thought it was strange but I went with it. Today is the day after and I really see how bas they look, the tips of the nails, the polish is coming off cuz it didn't set all the way. The polish is to thin and have this ugly brown color coming through. I'm annoyed about this. Update!!! They went above and beyond to make this right. Only mintues after I made this post they got intouch with me and really did more then needed. Im usually a prettg laid back, go with the flow person. Thank you guys for making this better. Well I'm done here. I've been going here for 2 years about 2 times a month. Michelle is amazing and I'll miss her but to get an apt with her is impossible. So day I went in for a fill and one fix took 2 hours yes two hours. Wanted my nails all the same length but that wasn't an option I guess. I did not like the color and told her she says it was fine. What!!??? So now I have uneven nails, not that uneven where it's close enough, no, it way uneven Grrr. Pretty upsetting first impression. I set up an appointment for 11am this morning. Upon arriving my nail tech was finishing up with another client but then proceeded to call a different customer over to sit in the chair for her turn. The nail tech. I set up an appointment with then comes over to me to look at my hands and tells me I need to wait. I let her know that I needed to be at Work at 12:30 and asked how much longer she then asked me to come after Work and I let her know that I could not come in after work as I’m working all day today, which is why I set up my appointment for 11.
