This was one of the most abysmal and disrespectful food services I have ever had. Please save your money and choose one of the many other local Thai resturants that respect their costumers. To make a very long story as short as possible- We ordered the food to go and told it would take 20 minutes for the food to arrive. After an hour we decided to give them a call to get an update. We were told that since we were the only to go order the delivery guy wanted to wait to get more orders before he took the trip and it would come soon. I couldn't believe what I heard. After 1 hour and 20 minutes the food finally came (cold of course) and he said he was sorry he was late because he was really busy with orders. I couldn't believe he flat out lied to me and I told him the contradiction compared to the phone call info I received. He wouldnt explain himself and left as soon as possible, barely reaching the receipt around the door to hand it to me. I called back and (amazingly still in a calm demeanor) voiced my dissatisfaction. The young girl was so rude and explained she couldnt help because they were soooo busy with costumers ( I guess I wasnt one) she put the phone down and yelled "Mooooom, take this! I just can't take it! ( sorry for providing your family with income) The Mom (Owner) got on the phone and was yelling and chatting so fast I could hardly tell what she was saying. She would not let me speak and was continually telling me they were to busy to help me resolve the issue. to make things worse (once we microwaved our food) it tasted disgusting.Went in the trash with our $35 bucks. After reading this I will let you decide if this is the type of place you want to spend your hard earned money.

Follow up: I filed a case with the BBB. After submitting my complaint the owner responded saying the order only took 30 minutes (I have proof it took an hour and twenty minutes) I supposedly threw a "fit" at the door (I spoke very calmly) also I did this all to the poor driver while it was raining outside (irrelevant, and it wasn't even raining that night!) oh, and you do know that the com-plaintiff can see your responses? What started from a simple service complaint has also shown that the owner and people who work here don't care at ALL for their costumer (who sustain them) and they will say ANYTHING to cover...

Been twice to eat at this new Thai restaurant. The food is delicious, comforting and excellent quality. I love it ! The owner or lady that is in charge, was very friendly and attentive the first time I ate inside before the pandemic. The reason I gave it 4/5 stars is because on May 1st, 2021 (Saturday) I ordered inside for take out. The same lady that was kind to me once and even let me go inside before the restaurant had even opened for the day, was now rushing me with me order, was not friendly, and didn’t give me the additional order of rice I paid for. I was very disappointed and shocked by her treatment and behavior towards me because she had been so nice and attentive before. I understand the pandemic must have restaurant workers nervous and stressed, but that doesn’t mean they can’t provide great customer service as before. That just makes me not want to go back no matter how great the food is. Right now businesses need all the support they can get, and I enjoy giving them my support and loyalty. But if I won’t get treated how I deserve to be treated, I’d rather go someplace else where they value...

Some of the WORST Thai food I have ever experienced. Came here with my bf because we hadn't eaten much at all and was looking forward to eating yellow curry. We also saw an appetizer that was supposed to be similar to that of chive onion pancakes but were spinach dumplings instead that tasted awful and the sauce was unusual and strong.

We asked for no cashews and the cook "forgot" and added them to the first dish. The second yellow curry dish WAS ORANGE and you could most certainly tell it was overly spiced and not at all like yellow curry. The person who took our order told us we couldn't do 1 spice and I figured 2 spice would be fine but BOY was I WRONG. I couldn't even take more than a few bites and my entire mouth enveloped with fire. All I could taste was spiciness and pain, no flavor at all. That was not 2 spice, more like 4-5 or higher!

Extremely disappointed that we wasted over an hour here not even able to eat the food. Tried to push us to try a different entree. Why would I want to give them a third chance after they...

Wow. This place has improved dramatically. From the comfortable, post-modern decor to the clear pictures of every item on the menu, this is a formidable contender in King County Thai cuisine. Every item on the menu has revamped flavor as well as aesthetic, and I have been pleased with dishes I don't even usually prefer! As far as dishes I DO prefer, that brings me to my favorite upgrade: the curry. I love me some curry, and Five Sisters has more than the average selection of coconut-based delight. You don't usually see a place with pumpkin, salmon, and DUCK curry entrees, as well as curried rice. These entrees are GOOD. Everything is portioned appropriately and split up evenly on your plate for individual preference. I'll add more as I try more dishes, because I'm definitely coming back.

Honestly some of the best thai food I’ve eaten, but the poor service left a sour taste in my mouth. I loved the gui-chaai dumplings, mussamun curry, and phad kee mao with tofu. Our order ranged from a 2-3 spice level, which we thought was pretty good for a group of varying spice tolerance. Was super excited to try the sticky rice with mango for dessert but we were told it was seasonal - wish this was clarified on the menu. Our waitress did let us know that the tip was already included when she handed us the bill, which was much appreciated. I’d imagine this is better as a take out spot.

First time here. The chicken satay, thai iced coffee, sticky rice, & yellow curry were amazing! But to my disappointment the pad see ew looked great but tasted strange. It had an overwhelming amount of molasses & tasted way too sweet. I've never had a pad see ew like that before. The sauce was very different from most other thai restaurants I've been to. I would go back again but no pad see ew for me, unless they change the sauce.
