( Good food ) with 4 stars was from sometime ago.. I'm now change it my review.. Prices are extremely high. The food quality and the amount of food that you used to get back when I made my original review was awesome, now it's just gone downhill you don't get very much food, everything is so expensive. And there's been a handful of times where food is missing. I never complained about it but now I am is I called the store to tell them what food item I was missing and my boyfriend was going to go pick it up. It was literally 5 minutes between picking up our food and making the phone call. The young counter girl was acting like she didn't remember my order but then all of a sudden she did. I just told her nicely that I'm missing food I told her what it was and then she tells me that the food was put in the bag. Please do not call me a liar, I'm never lied about anything and I have still continued to give that business my money. And I have a very large family so they get a very large amount of money for me. But now I'm seriously questioning going there anymore. After being told multiple times the food was in the bag. replied back stating the food wasn't in the bag.. then I'm told well if your boyfriend's coming to pick up the food we'll just give it to you for free. No honey I'm sorry you're not giving me anything for free . Im actually paying more money and wasting my gas. To drive back and get my missing food that I paid for... So don't say someone is lying, and your giving them something for...

After moving up from SoCal almost five years ago, I was pleasantly surprised to be introduced to this place and loved their carne asada burrito. I took my wife to another location a few months back, raving about Muchas Gracias. She was not impressed and I was disappointed in the quality of food at that location. I told her this one was better, and still felt it was true the next time I worked nearby. So I told her I would bring a couple of burritos home.
Since I work the graveyard shift, I ordered three so I could have one for "lunch" and take two home. The burrito I had last night was like the one I had at the other location and about the same low quality as every so called Mexican restaurant I have been to in Oregon. Some corporate body got greedy and lowered the quality and quantity of the ingredients while making the mistake of changing the recipe. It just seems that it took a little longer for this place to change.
Again, it's nowhere near horrible. Just maybe, you can be thankful that you don't know what you are missing if you have not been to a really good, family owned "hole in the wall" in SoCal, Texas, or anywhere close to the...
Read moreHad to delete my last review and create a new one… new management has drove this place in the ground. Been trying to give them time… Changes bring new things but this isn’t for the better.
New evening cashier is a rude young lady. More worried about flirting with anyone and everyone that she is rude and doesn’t even listen to you.
Nima… Nina… whatever name was night was extremely unprofessional… ordered a shredded beef tostada with extra cheese no beans… drove across town to get home and there was 2 small pieces of meat and all onions. One small bell pepper. No extra cheese. She said that the meat is cooked with the onions… been coming here for 5+ years… I know but went with it. I said even if that’s the case there isn’t any meat… she looked at me like I was an inconvenience. I pulled the 2 pieces of meat out for her and she reluctantly made me a new one and said she would not give me any new hot sauce…
Didn’t even tell her that the tots were burnt and just crumbled apart…
Definitely need...
