Quiznos — Restaurant in Washington

Let me start by saying that I was taking advantage of a T-mobile Tuesday deal so I was getting my sandwich for free, and I don't know if they got slammed by extra (free) business but if they were going to gain me as a future paying customer, this wasn't how to do it. I ordered in their app and used my code for my freebie. I placed my order around 10am,for 11:30am pickup. I never got a confirmation email, and when I refreshed my screen to see if the order status got updated from "pending approval by store" the app instead took me back to the ordering screen, like to start a new order. I couldn't find a way to pull my order history up, all I knew was my freebie code was showing as having been redeemed, so I had to guess that my order really happened. I decided to chance it and went to the location at the appropriate time. I went to the online order pickup area and was told I'd have to go wait in the ordering line because they don't finish the order until I do that. So after waiting for a couple of groups to get their orders placed and started, I said I had an online order and she said she didn't have it in front of her and had me tell her what I ordered, only then for her to reveal they're out of steak. So I order a chicken sandwich instead, she says they're out of sautéed mushrooms, but then says they have a few and I confirm that it'll do. The sandwich got made and I went back to the cash register (where I started) and now he has my order by name and gives me my receipt. The sandwich I got was great but I'm very disappointed in the experience, and the fact that the sandwich I'd ordered 1.5 hours earlier...

Update as of 2/19/24: Just got lunch there today, and I wasn't impressed. Two sammie's and two bags of chips we're over $20 (not including tip). The two Women that prepared, and put the toppings on after being toasted had zero customer service, with negative in friendliness skills. I will say the Gentleman that rang us up was helpful, friendly and personalable. If it wasn't for him I would have given 2 stars.

Sept 23': This Quiznos has good quality food. The food here is fresh, delicious, and the service is good. The only thing I would note is they are a little on the slower side, but this may have had something to do with the fact that the person making my sandwich was training. Not to be rude or insensitive, but I don’t have the time to wait while you train someone at 1 mph. It was painstakingly slow. My thought was why can’t you train her with to-go orders? I was the only one in the store, and there had to have been at least 5 people (including what looked to be the owner) all doing different tasks in the background while I sit and watched what felt like a slow motion training video. Not to mention I had a zoom meeting just mins away. Besides that it was a good experience. My only suggestion would be to have the busy work done in the background. It just seemed like there were too many people all trying to move around each other… it all gave me anxiety!! I’ll be back again, but hopefully this time it will be a more time efficient...

I arrived in in the evening for dinner to order and pick up. The place we very clean and gave me and made me feel serene. There was not anyone in line, so I was able to place my order right away. I ordered the regular Angus Steakhouse on Rosemary bread and a cup of honey mustard. The two ladies that were working were very customer service oriented and I felt that they were very peaceful. I then added olives to my sandwich and left it at that. Paid and brought my goodie home. I opened my sandwich with great anticipation to eat it. The first bite shot from my Third Eye through my Crown Chakra and swirled around there. As I kept eating I felt the energy extending to my Throat Chakra back up to the Crown and down to the Heart Chakra where the energy sat very heavily. This place takes alot of pride and puts alot of heart into it. From the Heart Chakra it the migrated to the Solar Plexus and the Sacral Chakra. In the end completed itself in the Root Chakra! What a full on experience I was able to have that left me more than satisfied but open to the heavens and grounded to the Earth. Thank you for...
