Pretty disgusted with the service here, itâs been utterly inconsistent at this specific location.
The food quality has never consistent itâs either okay, or completely disgusting. I am always having to repeat myself more times than needed when going through the drive through, multiple orders that have not been complete with no receipt coming out of the drive through. Never consistent with the sauces they have, they either have Jacks special sauce, or they have no idea what Iâm talking about at all; also the same with the chipotle sauce as well.
Today, I got a sad excuse for a salad with disgustingly old tomatoes, and soggy looking greens. There was more ice than Diet Coke in my cup that tasted like grape flavored additive that I had originally corrected the cashier NOT TO put in my drink because I never mentioned it in my order. My husbands taco was smashed, his burrito was half the size it normally is as well as it being the WRONG burrito, he didnât order one with bacon on it, when he only wanted sausage. His burger patty was completely cold, Adding insult to injury, there was also HUMAN HAIR inside his food.
The majority of the staff are rude teenagers that probably only have this job as an after school gig, and have no sense of food service hospitality whatsoever. Despite a VERY SMALL group of maybe two older women that work there whom have always been able to help correct issues who donât seem to be there very often at all from my own experience.
Iâm so disgusted with the fact this sorry excuse of a meal cost us close $30 dollars it doesnât even deserve one star, the food was unsatisfactory, the service was horrible and the price was not worth any of the meal in my opinion. He is always rude. Gives way to many napkins out and no taco sauce when you order tacos. He doesn't even brother asking if you want any sauce. Don't order fries late at night or early morning because they sit there and get old and cold. If that's not enough to not go there. Let's talk about the crew that comes in at 6 in the morning. I've stopped for breakfast and they have always missed giving me items that I order. And when you do order threw the drive there is normally a gale there that asks " what do you want?" Not goodmorning what can I get started for you. And you better not take a breath or she'll be down your throat is that everything and spit out a total before your even done ordering. Now let's talk mid day when there busy. They don't ever have a cashier at the front. You stand and wait as the employees look at you like your a nuisance for being in the building. Women if you need to go the bathroom when you do go here just go to fredmeyers. The bathrooms are dirty, hardly ever has toilet paper and normally they only have one working toilet. The lady had my fries shake she said, I asked can I pay here instead of the app then. She said yes. I did. I drove off to find out it was the wrong fries. I was getting the curly fries offer from the app. I go in, eye contact but got ignored. Finally the lady acknowledged me. I started to explain to her and she constantly cutting me off. Walked off several times, just to tell me she had to refund me the whole order and to repay again through the app. All I wanted was the difference of $6 & THE CORRECT fries & willing to pay the 2.17. The manager comes out and is telling me the same thing. Wanted me to go back out in the pouring COLD rain to retrieve a milkshake (THAT THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH) in his words "I cant refund you money with out all the food. So we can throw it away and make you a new order" Remember I JUST NEEDED CORRECT FRIES & A REFUND OF $6.
