Gave two stars instead of one because I eat here all the time. Panda Express is one of my favorite fast food restaurants and I looked forward to them opening here in Washington. I will say compared to other locations this one is terrible. I have only experienced a wrong order once but I know others who have experienced it multiple times. My biggest complaint comes from the fact that they very rarely have the full menu available. 9/10 times when I go they don’t have at least one of the entrees I would like to order and I usually have to pick an alternative item. Also the portion sizes are never the same sometimes you get a good amount for the price you pay. Other times like my experience today, you order a steak entree and pay an up charge and get 2 pieces of steak and 3 pieces of chopped veggies. They also always “forget” to give any sauces requested. The drive through workers are aggressive in rushing you through your order and it’s clear they have to try to “sell” you on certain entrees or promotions. But today was the cherry on the sundae. They lady asked me if I wanted firecracker shrimp and when I said yes, she told me it would be a 7 minute wait for the food to be ready. If there was a longer wait, why offer it? Also she asked if I wanted to “donate money to Covid-19” verbatim. Sorry, not going to make a donation if it’s not clear what it’s for. Plus I think it’s tacky to ask every single time. Read moreWe frequent this location often. However, this visit was such a disappointment. We used the drive thru and were informed of an 8 minute wait for 2 of the items we ordered. Ok, no big deal. At the window, we were offered drinks for our trouble. Great, thank you! However, my hubby didn't want a drink and asked if he could get an egg roll instead. Within a couple minutes, they were handing our order out the window. BUT... they left one of his entrees out of the bag and placed 2 egg rolls in his box in lieu of the 2 entrees with the 8 minute wait. We were flagged down as we left the parking lot. After proceeding to explain back and forth that we wanted the entree, not egg roll substitutions (which she said were the same price 🤔 ??) the employee said don't worry about the egg rolls, keep them and she will go get the entrees for which we had been waiting. A couple minutes after parking, she came outside to attempt to charge us for the egg rolls. When we declined, she asked for them back! You may want to rethink which foods you order here. Keep in mind the egg rolls had been in our car with us for several minutes. We had not touched them, but the employee didn't know that. For the second time i was sold chicken teriyaki WITHOUT the teriyaki just be be told by the manager Matt that it doesn't come with teriyaki and that i have to order the teriyaki separate because some people dont like it with it. I live about 30min away and was told they would not replace the meal even if i drove it back up there but said i could come get the teriyaki sauce if i wanted to. Worse customer service ever by Matt in Washington MO. (Edit) Just recently tried this place again and they had a sign stating they were out of almost everything including chicken teriyaki. So I called the next day to verify if they had grilled chicken teriyaki or not before I made the drive and they said yes they did but of course when I get there in the drive-thru after a 20 minute drive im I'm told there is no teriyaki sauce. Then goes on to tell me it's cooked in sauce but they don't have any "dipping sauce" to put on it. Why would you say something so stupid to try making it sound better?.
