Ordered online for a to-go order, not knowing there was mobile order issues; drove through the drive through twice to triple check that my order went through - no change. So, I stepped inside with proof of my order, and Sam (I presume is the manager or part of the management team) told me that the team had been facing issues throughout the day with this reoccurring situation. She apologized up and down for the inconvenience - which wasn't a big deal other than I had 10 minutes left on my break - so she quickly got me some food, gave me a voucher, and apologized up and down.
Honestly, I wasn't even one bit upset - this team has always tooken care of me, and I can see they haven't changed at all with keeping their customers happy. Sam, if you're reading this, you're the best - as I told the cashier (who's name escapes me), it's no big deal.

I walked into this Taco Bell and for a moment forgot where I was. Was I in the Taj Mahal? No, it was actually just this Taco Bell but the Taj is a close second.
The staff here are absolutely amazing. They are more than qualified to cure cancer, terraform Mars, and bring world peace. Instead they rightfully chose to make the greatest tacos in the existence of mankind ever.
To reference Guy Fieri, when you take your first bite you’re “going to Flavortown”. Fun fact: this Taco Bell is the City Hall of Flavortown.

Went through drive up got a total of nine tacos and one gordita crunch I asked for a lot of mild sauce with a few hot sauce so the girl put 10 on the screen I asked her if I could have a few more she upped it to 15 and I guess it made her angry because when I got home I had 3 mild sauce and a few hot sauce. The girl was rude at the window even though I said thank you she just closed the window without a word.
