Me and my girlfriend visited this location on Tuesday 9/9/25 for a late lunch. We placed our order just fine. And the cashier was friendly! That’s where the positives end.
We ordered a large Mac and cheese, as we usually do. But when we received it at the pick up window… There was something very very wrong with it. It was dry, basically no sauce. And it tasted ROTTEN! It was absolutely disgusting.
So as one would, I went up to the cashier to ask If there was anything anyone could do about it. The cashier was again, very kind about it. And she went and told the manager about the situation…
As we did, another customer came up with the exact same complaint!
The Manager, who was wearing a dirty, black and red hoodie. (I would expect a manager to at least look like a professional. Especially when working with food.) tells us, that there is nothing to do about it. That she “just squeezed it out of the freezer bag recently.” And refuses to remake our orders!
And just like that. They have PERMANENTLY lost themselves a customer. I never plan on visiting this location, EVER again. the way we were treated was absolutely...

By the look on her face and demeanor, It seemed as if my request was an inconvenience. I asked the cashier next to her and she explained how to make another sandwich similar. I then asked for a cheese danish, which I guess they don’t have either. She simply said “Nope” followed by “ When’s the last time you been here?” I said it’s been awhile and I guess I won’t be back. Read moreEverytime I order a delivery through them, I regret it. I'm not just referring to DoorDash drivers although they should not use a third party for deliveries anymore. This morning I ordered coffee for our office through Panera's app, and the driver that was supposed to deliver, stole the order. That's not Panera's fault. What is Panera's fault is that when I called the manager, I was promised a call promptly back from her with a resolution. I never received a call so I took the liberty to call back 3 times. They must have screened my number because each time I called the manager back, they never picked up the call.
