Would have given you 0 stars , Brandon has no buisness working with the public , your rude , disrespectful, and your co workers had to tell you to stop because you wanted to exlsculate things instead of taking care of YOUR mess up , 32 minutes for a drive thru order is bs , and the order came out incorrect , no bacon on my husband's burger ,and it was cold , both fries ice cold . , it wasnt busy I was the only car in your drive thru at that time , so stop the excuses when I asked for a receipt I got why ?? What the heck do you mean why ? Then you stated it's only been 11 minutes, your own team member agreed with me and not you ,,, you sir are the reason why people aren't coming to that location . You want to get a puffy and stare someone down , you have no clue .. I will not stop until I speak with you RL and above . Read moreEvery now and then I go to the washington location to get a bite to eat before I go to work and the food is great but the last time I went to this location they had a customer go in who is a really good friend of mine and ask for her receipt for her order and the male manager took it apon himself to argue and cause a bigger scene than it really needed to be with a lobby of customers and the female manager did absolutely nothing to calm the situation with him but tell him to calm down I am very disappointed and in my opinion this restaurant just lost a customer I have been in the costumer service industry for over 30 years and NEVER in my life have I ever been so disappointed and disrespected that the management would act like this towards the costumers and if it were me they both would have been reprimanded for their customer service or should I say there lack of customer service i have filled out the information for a further reach out by the owner and i have not...

She jammed the 16 tacos we ordered into one bag to which the insides were spilling out and unedible!! We highly recommend NOT stopping here. Honestly, the bad reviews about this place are true. I would not eat at this location if someone paid me to. We went back to ask for our 10 tacos the manager "Sky" said she had to have all the product back! Completely wrong when we only requested the tacos she smashed to be remade. Refused to give Corporates phone number. We only ate 6 tacos when we paid for 16!
