Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Washington

DO NOT order from this location! Been doing Papa Murphy’s on Friday nights with our family for YEARS. Never in years have I seen such consistently horrible service! To top it off they are rude. As people sit waiting for on line orders way past the estimated time the employees all look like they hate their jobs and that they are miserable. I sat waiting over 30 minutes and did not hear one greeting to any customer!! After 30 minutes I went and waited in my car, my order was an hour an 20 minutes past the estimated time! For a medium 2 topping take and bake pizza!! This has been going on in this store for a few months now. I could see one bad day in the place but service is beyond bad! The product is decent and this location is convenient but sadly I think we’re done here! One woman walked in and the staff just gave her a look. One employee said: do you have an on line order? To which the woman replied, no I’d just like to order a pizza. The employee looked away from her then turned and said we are at a 2 hour wait! Really, for a take and bake pizza! There are NO excuses. To add- the cooler for cookie dough and salads was stark empty on a Friday afternoon! On a Friday! Be prepared people, and if nothing else be a little friendly! No tips for these guys! Edit 11/20/24: I had written off coming here after a handful of bad experiences but my kids really wanted pizza and it's their favorite, so I caved. I have to say my experiences since have been so much better! My kids are happy we're back to weekly pizza night. Keep it up!

Past 2 Star Review: Normally a decent experience. I previously had given them 5 stars but I have to change it. We get pizza almost every Tuesday and have no complaints but tonight changed that. One associate wasn't very friendly. I had arrived a few minutes early and she said it wasn't my pickup time yet and she was going to do the other call in orders first. Seemed silly but it was fine. I left to pick up my son from daycare (who was overly tired and having a meltdown), came back and had to run in and grab it from the shelf. I had my daughter grab the pizza from the car and put it in the oven while I calmed my son. I was told i couldent pay with a $100 bill, after driving 15 mins to get there, which is a violation of the Legal Tender Act of 1862 and actually a federal felony to refuse my legal tender that is to be used for "All" debits public and private. Then they actually told me to go to another store. But no suprises from a pizza shop that acussed all of its customers of being disease ridden trash and violated all of their customers civil liberties for over 15 months straight. And forced customers to wear slave muzzles because the goverment told them it was ok to violate their customers civil liberties that are in the United States Constitution.
