The ice cream was good but the service is horrible! My husband and I ordered the same ice cream plus a coffee and we wanted to pay for my dad’s order as well. We kept on telling the girl at the register the order so she could ring it up and she kept one yelling at us that she knew what the order was and already put it in, but she wouldn’t ring it up. Read morePitango has several branches, and this one is located at a prime spot in the Wharf. While there’s also a Ben & Jerry’s nearby, Pitango offers a refreshing alternative with its delicious gelato. The ice cream was rich and flavorful, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. I accidentally confused my order, asking for one cup with a single flavor and another with two, but despite the mix-up, the team remained calm and courteous. They quickly corrected it and provided fresh cups without any hassle, which was a pleasant change compared to experiences at some other ice cream chains. Overall, excellent customer service and a great spot to enjoy...
