Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Washington

Ok, this is the Pizza Hut I've been going to for about 5 years now. I've NEVER had a issue with placing an order before HOWEVER today when I called to order a guy I could hardly understand answered. I was TRYING to order the SAME THING I had ordered 2 days before, 3 Personal pans all made the same. Everytime I would say "I want 3 personal pans" he would say "medium or large".... I was like "personal pans"... He would say "medium or large". (Again...you could BARELY UNDERSTAND him. Took me a few times to understand what he was saying.) Finally again I said "I want 3 personal pan pizzas like I ordered 2 days ago at this location." He said a full sentence of something I couldn't understand at all, then he said AGAIN "medium or large". FINALLY I just said "if I can't get personal pans I'm just gunna call I different location. Thank you bye."

I was very nice to him, just VERY CONFUSED! People have accents, thats ok. We all have accents to other languages. The accent was confusing, but he was also rude, unprofessional and didn't seem to know what the hell he was doing at all! PERSONALLY people with such thick accents in a country thats main language is diff than theirs SHOULD NOT have a job in customer communication. If I was in Japan and HARDLY knew Japanese I would NVR work at a call center or something similar. It would be rude to the other people imo.

ALSO! WHY THE HELL DID HE JUST KEEP SAYING MEDIUM OR LARGE!? I CAN ONLY ORDER A MEDIUM OR LARGE PIZZA? Why? I wasn't getting a reason as to why. I wasn't getting any andwers... Just "medium or large".

This is NORMALLY my favorite Pizza Hut. BUT NOW! Not so r. Every time I call lately the person answering has a thick accent, I have to repeat myself multiple times. And I ask for EXTRA EXTRA SAUSAGE EVERY TIME and I get 5-8 on the WHOLE pizza. Thats like normal amount...or less imo. Extra extra is like 4-6 on EACH PIECE! Also...LIGHT SAUCE means LESS THAN NORMAL not MORE than normal!

Idk what is going on with this place. They used to make my pizzas great a year ago and all before that. I just started getting pizza again this week. And THIS PIZZA HUT IS CRAP! Used to be the best one in town. My old review was ALL POSITIVE. Now I'm sorry but I have NOTHING possible to say.

Someone needs to fix something, cause this...

DEBIT CARD FRAUD BY ASSOCIATE AND UNPROTECTED CC MACHINES!!!

The Pizza Huts on N. Nevada and N. Division (Spokane Washington) have credit card machines that are wide open and are not shielded to prevent counter associates from seeing you entering your your pin number on debit cards.The first time it happened I figured it was a coincidence and I had no real proof that that the counter associate stole anything from me at the N. Nevada location in Spokane WA. charged over 300 dollars after charging a very small amount first. Now the coincidence has just happened again just one day after using my debit card again this time at the N. Division location. It was my only debit card purchase. The next day a very small amount was charged to my account. You see I have been checking my account daily after the first theft and I caught immediately and froze my card. The ONLY person who had access to my pin number and cc number was THE ASSOCIATE AT THE PIZZA HUT!!!!!! The credit machines are not secure! I will NEVER use my cards at a pizza hut AGAIN! They are not securing their customer...

I don't have any problems with their pizza. However, the sign on the door says that a mask is required to enter the restaurant. While I was waiting for my pizzas to be ready a couple was allowed to enter and pick up their pizza without masks on. I asked the girl who was helping me if they were kicking people out for not wearing a mask. Her answer was that the customers had already paid so they couldn't do anything. I'm guessing that the staff has been told not to say anything to customers who don't wear masks because Pizza Hut is wanting to avoid confrontations. Instead they are angering their customers who are trying to stay safe and are following the mask wearing requirement that is posted on the door. Pizza Hut offers curb side pick up so this couple could have easily been told that they couldn't enter the restaurant and that their order would be brought outside. Also, It doesn't take two people to go inside a restaurant to pick up a pizza. How can Pizza Hut make this right? Enforce you own sign and help to protect...
