Will absolutely never be back to this Starbucks and highly suggest driving up the road to the one by Rosauers before going here. This store is known for messing up orders, and I do tend to let it slide as it’s close to my house but after how I was treated this morning I will never ever be back. Let me start out by saying I’m 37 weeks pregnant, i don’t have the time or bandwidth to be treated so poorly and I left here nearly in tears. I ordered breakfast for my whole household, it was $50 and some change. One of the drinks I ordered with extra strawberry cold foam on the side in a separate cup. When I got the drinks there was cold foam on top of the drink itself and a tiny bit in a cup on the side. I explained to the barista that it was all supposed to be in a cup on the side, to which she decided to tell me I was wrong and that they “just put the extra on the side” no, that’s not how I ordered it but no big deal if you misunderstood, I just needed it the way I ordered. She then proceeds to roll her eyes at me, and tell me they can “scrape it off” now that really wouldn’t work, firstly it’s mixed partially with the drink and Ice and you don’t know why I ordered it that way, is there a specific reason? Sure is! Should I have to explain that, no I shoukd not. Isn’t there a “barista promise” where if a drink is wrong or not how you like they’ll remake it? So why am o being treated like I did something wrong and getting loud sighs and eye rolls? I asked her if she could just remake it, stating the person it’s going to would not like it “just scraped off” and she rolled her eyes and grabbed the drink out of the carrier. In doing so in such a pissed off manner it caused one of my other drinks to spill all over my car, to which I said nothing, I was too astonished and upset by how I was being treated. They remake my drink and hand it to me and proceed to shut the window, but what is missing is the extra strawberry cold foam on the side, that I paid for! I asked if I could get that as well, as the cup I currently had has a very small amount of cold foam in it. She rolls her eyes again and tells me “the best we can do is give you what we have left” wow…. So you made a mistake and the correction for your mistake that I’m getting is “the best we can do” wow. I say ok. They grab the cup, put some foam in it and basically throw it at me. No thank you have a good day, just shove it at me and slam the window, clearly pissed off. Never in my life have I been treated so poorly by a customer service place, especially when the mistake was on them and I was nothing but patient and polite in waiting for a remedy. Even the manager in the background was acting like I did something. And to top off an already horrible experience, when going through the food items I ordered, I realize there is no sriracha that I ordered. I wouldn’t dare go back through that line after how I was treated, so I’m stuck without. Unbelievably unprofessional and rude experience and I will never return to this location. Do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs. Not worth the convenience, go across the street or...
Read moreI live about a mile north of this Starbucks. It is a convenient location for me to grab a cup of coffee from frequently and have been going there for about a year. However, it is slow. Not just sometimes, ALL the time. At 10:20am on Monday, June 17, it took 16 minutes from time of ordering to time I drove away. In total, since the line extended past the ordering spot, it took around 20 minutes. I had also ordered an iced coffee with cream and vanilla to which there was so much ice I couldn't get the straw into the drink and the liquid portion was only about 3/4 to the lid too. This is not the first time that this has happened either. They are consistently all over the place when it comes to making drinks and consistently slow when it comes to the time it takes to sit in line. So if you are looking for consistency this is the place for you...
The second complaint I have about this Starbucks is the staff. There is one gentleman in particular who hates his job. He told me once when I went through. One day I pulled up and he asked "how are you?" I replied, "doing pretty good yourself?" His response was "Just another day." I could tell his response was very lackluster so I said, "Oh come on, you've got a job, its sunny and there is coffee." He looked at me and said, "its never sunny when you work at Starbucks." To which he then handed me my drink and I drove away without saying another word. Who says that?
My suggestion - Go to ANY other Starbucks. This one has lost...
Read moreI'm growing to learn that not all Starbucks are created equally anymore. My mom really loves three shots with a thick foam on top, and no matter which location we go to we're given a new verbiage to try and order exactly what she'd like, she's corrected as to whether the drink is possible, or she simply doesn't get what she asked for and is met with resistance from employees and told it's her fault they got it wrong. Here's the thing though - My mom is not unreasonable and when people try and explain the best way to order what she wants she'll take that knowledge to the next visit. It never works lol. I always get the same thing, Shaken Espresso with cream instead of 2%, and it's often exactly as I like it. So, we experience a little bit of inconsistency, but I blame employee turnover moreso than the employees themselves. Today, after our visit, we were served by someone with a black apron (if you know, you know) and he was able to explain the how and why of her drink. He explained price differences, and he didn't dismiss my mom when she explained that this isn't the first time someone has given her the verbiage and it didn't work. He was just simply patient and kind, and knowledgeable and I appreciate that! I wish I could remember his name! I read it, and meant to remember it...but alas! No luck! Starbucks is no longer the most consistently good cup of coffee, but their long-term employees...
