Read moreOrdered the Pinapple Fried rice yesterday. I asked for no pinapple. Okay cool. I received the order and it had raisins and cashews instead. I ordered the same dish last week and asked for no pinapples and didn’t receive raisins and cashews! Called and spoke to the owner or whoever who said he was in business for 35 years and how it was my job to google what pinapple fried rice is!

Will not go back and will find a black owned and other restaurants that listens and comprehends to what a...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of ordering takeout from Sala Thai on Park Kennedy, and I was thoroughly impressed with the quality and authenticity of their dishes. The vegetable fried rice, fried eggplant dish, and pad thai with chicken were all delicious, bursting with fresh flavors that transported me straight to Thailand.
Although the music inside was a bit loud for my taste, the live violin players added a unique and enjoyable ambiance to the restaurant. Even though I opted for takeout, the experience has left me eager to return for a sit-down dinner - my wife loves sushi and theirs looked pretty good so we’ll have to come back for that alone.
One small note for future visitors: parking in the area can be challenging, so consider using Uber or Lyft to get there.
Highly recommend Sala Thai for anyone looking to savor authentic...
