Let me tell you something — I NEVER leave reviews on food places but I HAD to come and track this place down to review: 100/10 !!!! Y’all I ordered from this place by chance this past weekend (Saturday Night around 12am) from UberEats. I was in town for my birthday and a lot of other places were either closed on the app or didn’t look good. This place had a buy one get one free deal so we took the chance. Y’all…. when I tell you this is some of the THEEEEE BEST FRIED CHICKEN I HAVE EVERRRR HAD. It is so CRISPY, the chicken meat itself tastes as if it was brined and marinated and don’t get me started on the batter: peppery, savory, PACKED with flavor. And the waffles were good too! Definitely homemade and fluffy and sweet. Omg I’m getting flashbacks!!! SO good.

The food is so delicious and perfectly presented when it is prepared by the management and/or the best chefs. However, consistency is unfortunately not always present, which is disappointing. However, they are delicious, light, and tasty while they are in the gourds. As with the macarrones con queso, fried fish is a typical Casera delicacy. When management and/or the best cooks prepare your order the food is so tasty, delicious. and picture perfect. Unfortunately the consistency isn't always there which is disappointing. However when they are on the waffles are delicious, light buttery and tasty. The fried fish is like down home goodness so is the macaroni and cheese.
