Halbi Shawarma — Restaurant in Washington

This was my first time trying their shawarma and i have to say it is far from authentic Syrian shawarma. I think this restaurant is catering more to non-middle easterners. And i say that because there was cheese and mushrooms in our shawarma? That’s not something I’m used to and not something that’s done at all traditionally. Had their food for a work event. It was fantastic. Sometimes when you have to make that much food for an event it's not as good as their single dishes. It was amazing and felt looking authentic...
