Starbucks — Restaurant in Washington

Staff here is very unhelpful. I had went though the drive though and ordered a hot white chocolate peppermint mocha. I received a regular chocolate mocha. I had to go back and when I went in and asked for my drink to be made Gretchen I believe was her name attempted to assist me by telling that I ordered a regular chocolate one, after I had clarified with the gentlemen though the drive though twice that I requested a white chocolate one. When my drink was re made I ended up still receiving the wrong drink and at this point I could not go back a second time because I had work. This time I received a regular white chocolate mocha with no peppermint, after clarifying with Gretchen I wanted peppermint after she made it seem like it was my fault that my drink was made wrong. Very poor customer service when I went back in because my drink was made wrong. I did not feel welcome what so ever. She made it look like I was a huge inconvince...

I have to say, I am beyond impressed with this starbucks crew. There are people who have been here for a long time and are always consistent in their service. I wish I knew everyone by name so I could give them all shout outs, but I have a terrible memory. I know Braedon (I think that's what the name tag said) has been there awhile and he makes my day better and he probably doesn't know it. Just the attitude he has makes me have hope for the day. I used to work at a starbucks, but it was a lisenced store with a very specific set of customers and let me tell you it completely jaded me toward customer service. To do what these guys do every day with the amazing service they give just really impresses me. They are all so helpful and make sure to get it right every time. I went to the Starbucks to get a couple of drinks. Both drinks were a Grande or 12oz. One drink was filled up the the other I only got about 6 oz of drink and and 4 oz of foam. The cup wasn't even filled up to the top I literally drank it within 3-4 sips and the reast was just foam, The drink didn't even taste like it had any coffee in it. It just tasted like milk and caramel and the Caramel was just sitting on tbe bottom I had to blend it myself when I got home. It was disgustingly sweet With no coffee taste. The other drink I asked for a strawberries and cream blended. It was just surp sitting at the bottom with the milk and blended ice at the top I had to blend the drink myself when I got home. That's not what I paid for. This is the only Starbucks I've ever had a problem with, this was a terrible experience and I probably will not go...
