I had a 1st birthday party at Streets Market mid October 2019. I was expecting roughly 50 guests, so I wanted a venue where I would have to be too concerned if the number went up or down, and I was able to reserve the second floor for our private party.
The venue was very accommodating both before and during the event. I was able to set up whatever I needed for my purposes (in my case, an enclosed play yard), the venue worked with us on when to bring food out, kept an eye on the food, and was quick to ensure no guests wanted anything (such as drinks or items not on the buffet). At the end of the party, they told us they could clean up any decorations that we didn't want - and they did. Kyle especially went above and beyond. For example, when we had extra cake, he brought containers so that people could take the extra home.
I would highly recommend this venue, and if I have another party, I'm...
Read moreThe grocery store deserves 5/5 stars because of the incredible selection of food in such a magically small space. It's like the Mary Poppins bag of grocery stores. The people that work there are really nice and personable.
The restaurant deserves 1/5 stars for awful service. If you sit in the table section, expect that a server will not come to you. They just won't. You could wait all day. Sitting at the bar is no better. It's like the bartenders think you came there just to sit and not eat or drink anything. I've never had this problem before at a bar. I've gone multiple times to this bar where I've just left after not being served for ages. The only reason I keep coming back is that it's conveniently located, the beer is good, and I keep thinking that it will be different. I'm...

This location is in NoMa, a formerly industrial part of town now built for millennials. High rise apartment buildings are everywhere. Streets Market is in one of those buildings.
It's a grocery story first set up like a MOM's Organic. They have local, organic products, produce, and a large beer/wine section. There's a deli where you can buy grab-n-go sandwiches and salads.
In the back there's a bar. It's two levels with a full bar. They have dozens of beer on tap and a hard cider. They have happy hour during the week with buns, tacos, etc. on the menu. My bulgogi tacos were $3.50 each and three counted as...
