UPDATE: Today, I went in for a tech appointment for some additional shots for my puppy. When I arrived I was greeted rather rudely by the lady at the front desk. She told me that I didn't have an appointment today, and that it was for tomorrow. I checked my phone because I had received a text the day before from the vet stating that my appointment was today. I showed that to her and she said that everyone was at lunch and couldn't help me. She then implied that I had confused the dates, but I told her that I had not and I recalled scheduling it for this time, because I had a conflict on May 2nd. She then told me that I was just there to establish care which was incorrect, but she was clearly trying to dimiss me. Another lady came to the desk and explained that there had been some glitches with the system. I was able to be scheduled at 5 PM today, and I hope that I don't have the same type of encounter. These types of impressions stick with people, and I can easily take my pet elsewhere that treats the owners and their pets with respect.

Just got a new cavalier King Charles puppy, Sabi, and needed a vet for her. After doing some research, I landed on Livewell. I am so happy with that decision! From the friendly greeting when you walk in the door, the amazing sign they created for her and the attentiveness of Dr. John and Chyna, I felt good. PROS -Conveniently located and staff is pleasant to speak to. Appts are easy to get.

CONS- Pricing and clinic fees seem a bit ridiculous. A $95 exam fee every visit even just for vaccines. When opting between Rabies duration for ex) 1yrs = $45 vs 3 yrs = $55; I was told "it's way past her expiration". I could only opt for the 1 year (with less than 30 days expired). They also don't directly mention all the additional fees for various things. Which would be fine if they would just give an accurate representation of totals + additional fees.

On a separate encounter when they first opened this year, they gave a set of prices via telephone. After the visit was completed I was given a higher price. They blamed a new system and honored the original vaccine price but it took effort to correct this issue. I would ask for a complete estimate via email before your visit to eliminate a price increase of the vaccine plus additional fees they didn't...

Dr Studo and Ada were absolutely amazing. It was my first time here, I was nervous about the price and how we were going to be treated of course but I was more than satisfied with every moment of our experience. I get so anxious putting the care of the thing i love the most in someone else’s hands but i felt so comfortable with this office and everyone who took care of my baby. I was treated with respect, kindness and compassion. I also expected the pricing to be so much worse than it was.
