I have 5 starred this Subway several times before, but today, they get a 1 star. I go in, 1 person at register paying for his food, and apparently he was a friend of the employee as after the financial transaction was completed, they both began talking about their friends as I am standing at the sandwich counter waiting to order. After they finished their conversation, I finally got the chance to order. I ordered and watched this kid throw together my sandwich and toss the toppings on it. So, now, after this is done and I go to pay, out pops another kid that takes over the register. My food is laying on the counter as these 2 kids were trying to clock out and employee and were also talking about their friends. I was asked if I wanted a bag for my sandwich and I replied yes, the kid slides my sandwich into the bag then starts talking to another friend of his and is just holding my bagged sandwich in his hands and finally hands me my bagged sandwich. I walk away from the counter and both those kids vacated the store and another kid is there????? I noticed there was no napkins in the bag either, so I asked this kid for napkins, he did give them to me and apologized. I did state to him that the other 2 kids that just left were complete idiots, and he again apologized. It's one thing to possibly have a shortage of workers, and I get that, but do not hire a couple of idiots that will hurt your online ratings and inevitably your own business. Just deal with the staff shortage, people understand that better than having to deal with a couple of REAL...
Read moreI usually chose this subway for its fast and friendly service and fresh ingredients, however tonight this was far from what I am use to. The workers behind the counter not only took time to talk and shoot the breeze with the line of teenagers that they were serving but they then chose to take an online order over the physical people standing in the store! They did not even acknowledge me as a customer after they were done serving the teenager group, they did not apologize for the wait . And one of the young men they served had no mask and was picking at his lower half his body. And after I paid and order I heard the workers apologize to the other group of teenagers behind me for the wait! After I had stood in line for over 30 minutes! Very disappointed and hope the manger talk to Eugene and the young blonde women who was working that night at around 5:40pm on...
Read moreOrdered 3 sandwiches online. At pick up only 2 customers in the store.None were correct when I got home. Bacon wasn't heated, and addtional items on the others.Tried to call only to have the phone picked up and the hung up after ringing 7 times. Got out there and NO CUSTOMERS at all in the store. Only had them remake two of the three sandwiches as I made due with the 3rd and the only compensation was the comments made about me as I walked out the door because of my "attitude" for having to drive the 7 miles back to get it corrected. Had they exhibited good customer service by answering the phone (rather than hanging up as I've watched them do on more than one occasion) it wouldn't have resulted in my negative commentary here nor necessarily my return...
