Update: There was a long line, 5-6 cars in front of me,but it took 30 minutes. While I waited in line, I placed a mobile order for efficiency. My mobile Order was 3 tacos, 1 quesadilla, 3 sides of nacho cheese. It was taking so long, if I hadn’t been trapped in the line I would have left. Once I got to the speaker I also placed an order for a large Pepsi. I got a large bag with a bunch of napkins and a Pepsi, as I drove off I realized I was missing all my tacos. There was a quesadilla and 4 sides of nacho cheese. I parked and walked to the lobby doors because maybe line was longer than when I had arrived. The lobby was closed but an employee was walking in, when I told her my problem she replied, “I’m not clocked in” then the man that came to the door (very very tall white man, glasses, dark hair. Toby was the name on my receipt) this man told me I had to get back into the line of at least 10 cars in order to receive the tacos they forgot to put in my bag. I said absolutely not and he began to shut the door in my face which left me no choice but to squeeze into the store and start yelling for a manager, as I walked right into the lobby and started yelling loudly, this man starts yelling “she forced her way in!!”. The manager came around the corner, apologized and got me my tacos in less than 60 seconds. There were so many people working at this time, I don’t know HOW they were running so far behind and moving so slow!!! The last time I went to Arbys and it took this long, they were working with 2 women in the entire store!!! I counted 6 different faces working at Taco Bell this evening. This is outrageous. I placed my mobile order at 7:38pm after sitting in line for 5 minutes, and did not leave Taco Bell with my complete order until 8:09pm!! 6/12/22

Read moreMy son did an online order I went to pick it up and had to go inside as it was extremely busy in drive thru people were parked crooked blocking the drive way. I went in to pick up an online order waited over 5 minutes for someone to come to counter finely had to ask finely if there was anyone available was told rudely they were busy, I announced I had a online order to pickup and my son's name. The drive thru guy finely helped and told me it would be twenty minutes, 45 minutes later I went back to counter and asked when my online order would be ready, they couldn't find it. The drive thru guy then says oh its over here, it had been sitting next to a open window for over 25 minutes. This was the same guy who helped me so he knew I was inside the store, I refused the order as it was cold, he said no its not I replied 25 minutes in a cold window,? The assist manager then stated he would remake the order. I received 2 cold taco Supreme (not ordered), 1 crushed dorito taco, 2 Luke warm 5 layer burritos mostly bean, the cheese fries were mostly over cooked. So what did I get from a poor service complainet, really poor service and bad food. I won't go back to this teenage temper tantrum tacobell as it is poorly run and obviously doesn't give a Damm about good...
Read moreWorst customer service of my entire life. We ordered food on the mobile app due to having a specific diet and needing some adjustments made. We've done this MANY times and had no issues in the past. Today our food was delivered and none of our modifications were done. We called the store and explained that our food was made wrong, the person we spoke to told us we had to come back to the store to have it remade Fine. We head over to the store where we had ordered from and suddenly they could no longer fix our order. I'm never one to make an issue... I worked in the food industry for many years. I've seen it all, I am polite to the people making my food, I tip well amd I'm a repeat customer. Today I was treated rudely by 2 staff members who closed the window on me when I had asked why my food couldnt be remade. We had asked for beans instead of meat and for there to be no dairy... our food was covered in both. They didn't even bother to even read our order before making it. I will be contacting their managers and asking for a refund. The way these 2 employees treated us was rude and unprofessional. I've had bad experiences in the past but never anything like this. We wasted 2 meals, our money and time....
