Taco Cantina — Restaurant in Washington

I love tacos, and granted taco cantina could’ve been better but the person up from wasn’t very nice. She was just rude to everyone because she’s up at the counter all by herself and their computer wasn’t working properly so she was upset she had to handwrite everything down. This was a Wednesday afternoon . She definitely expressed her frustration and the lack of help she got because it was too busy for her. I work in the service industry and sometimes were just short of people but I don’t show my frustration towards my customer. Her personality was so rude I lost my appetite. I came here for my first time, ordered a taco salad and for starters I asked for the chicken taco salad with no cheese, when it came out, it had what looked to be over a cup of shredded cheese on top, the chicken was very low quality, grisly and looked to be simply ripped off of the bone, not cut at all. Simply put, it was not one of the worst, but the absolute worst taco salad I have ever had in my life. I could not even eat the chicken at all. Typically a casino will have good quality food to keep people on site and gambling, but this restaurant will not have me back at all, I have no idea how they are even in business with food like this. Got a burrito and it fell apart after one bite! Tried to let them know how to wrap a burrito and one of the girls says I didn’t make it ! As I was going to say well tell the person and she cut me off by saying your being rude!! Bye. have a nice day then walks off 🤷‍♂️. Yeah maybe I came off wrong? But this girl needs some extra customer service skills for sure, I feel if you work at a Mexican restaurant you definitely need to be able to wrap a burrito.
