Stumbled upon this place on Instagram and added it to my saved list to try out, and I am glad I did. You are immediately greeted with warmth, energy, and a vibe that hits right. The customer service here is on point — every staff member makes you feel like family. They're attentive without being overbearing, and they genuinely care about curating a fun experience for you and your friends.

Let’s talk food: absolutely delicious. Every dish I had was full of flavor! Whether you're grabbing brunch, dinner, or late-night bites, you can count on being satisfied. And if you’re into brunch, do not sleep on their bottomless mimosa deal — it’s generous, well-paced, and keeps the fun flowing especially with their live DJ's.

One of the standout features at V14 is the hookah — smooth pulls, great flavor variety, and a team that knows their stuff. Hookah service is fast, coals are changed, with refills for $25!! They’ll even recommend flavors if you’re undecided crafted to your taste buds. You can tell they take pride in creating a premium experience.

This place is very very RACIST. I came in for a VIP event with a large group ready to have a good time and spend a lot of money but I left with a bad taste in my mouth. As a black man all of the African American women employees that were there were very attentive, and helpful while the Latino males were rude and dismissive to my concerns even after I spent a few hundreds on bottle service. Several times I witnessed the male Latino employees taking priority to customers that were Spanish speaking instead of based on who was waiting first. A black woman in my party went to the bar to order a drink and constantly got skipped over by the bartender Moises; it wasn’t until she spoke with a black employee that she got an apology and finally got serviced. I heard others at this same party voice similar concerns about the treatment they received from a different Latino male bartender just to make sure that this was not an isolated event.
