Read moreThis is such a beautifully designed park with a lot of rich history from what I can tell. The pebbled aggregate concrete seen all throughout the walkways and fountains is special and not commonly seen in modern parks & architecture.
With all the richness this park once was, it sadly seems forgotten. The cascading fountain is no longer flowing and is barren. There is an apparent lack of general maintenance w the park.
