My experience at Victory Lounge was one of the most horrible dining experience’s within my life. The overall customer service was horrible. The hostess was rude and did not seat us at our table, we ultimately had to seat ourselves. We waited 30 minutes for a waitress to arrive at our table. After I had to approach the bar for someone to finally assist with our order. When arrived, the waitress had a unpleasant demeanor, she informed us that we had a two-hour seating limit and would have to get up if another reservation came in . Though we informed her, that we called beforehand and were told that they were only taking walk in’s at the current time. Shortly afterwards , I made sure to make reservations on open table. We waited approximately 30 more minutes for our food to arrive. Our food partially came out. There were no silverware on our table or napkins. We asked for both and the waitress continue to ignore us, so much so, that eventually another waiter had to assist us. After eating our meals , the rest of our food still did not come out. I informed the other waiter after many failed attempts to inform the kitchen that I wanted it to go. We continue to wait as the waitress and host served regular customers while ignoring my party and I. After countless attempts, I eventually asked for a manager. Patrick the manager, informed me that his staff is usually not like this and provided us with a discount . He was able to bring me the rest of my meal and our Togo containers. When the waitress came back, she was very sarcastic and immediately gave us our bill. I tried to get the waitress attention again but did not succeed so I asked the hostess a question regarding payment . She informed me she could not assist me, though she assisted others. I inquired why not and she put her hand in my face . I informed Patrick immediately and she informed him that she did indeed do it. She admitted to placing her hand in my face . She began to yell at me and inquired if this is how Patrick trains his staff. He did not have much to say to me and took the side of his staff member. When I asked if she will be reprimanded he informed me that he would speak to her later on. I informed Patrick, that this was unacceptable. His staff members were overall rude and dressed inappropriately. The hostess had a hoodie and leggings on. I assume since we were not indulging in Hookah , that we did not get adequate attention such as the other tables did. I will not be stepping foot into that establishment again . I advised Patrick, that his staff should not work in customer service if they possess poor communication skills and a disrespectful attitude. This establishment truly needs more...

It's so happy this place was recommended to me for my birthday. I called a few weeks in advance to reserve. I was informed that I could make a reservation up to 4 with no down payment. When I call back to add to my reservation, I had to add payment. My guests was very upset, yet understood.
This place was easy to find. Semi easy to park. I was a little early. Street parking for the Win! Super busy part of town. People everywhere. Great, positive vibes.
As soon as we walked up we were able to walk to the front of the line, and once we gave our reservation name they seated us at the bar for a few, this place was gorgeous!
There were a lot backgrounds with plenty of photo apps! I'm in my element!
Soon after, my friends and I were seated. We were seated on the 2nd floor all the way in the back which was cool. I thought it was outdoors, but it's not. It had its own bar and table staff back there. Our table was super friendly, awesome, and apparently everyone's favorite person. Her name was Naomi. She was young, energetic and came through with the best suggestions !
We ordered the following.
Thai Chili Jerk Wings Mama Wings Crispy Brussel Sprouts The Victory Half & Half (Crown Peach Whiskey, Lemonade & Iced Tea) Chimichurri Lamb Chops (served w Spanish Rice) The Heavy Hitter (Uncle Nearest 1884 Whiskey, Fresh Lime Juice, Simple Syrup, Orange bitters, Splash of Lemon/Lime Soda)
Each and everything was great! Prices were a little high, but they say you get what you pay for and it was definitely worth it! The dinner menu ends between 10:30pm, and 11pm. At 11pm,, a totally different menu begins and it looks just as good as that dinner menu. I plan to come back for the late night menu just so I can take advantage of some of the delicious eats on there and partake in another delicious libation.
I ain't got no problem with this place, I just wish they would change the reservation requirement. Even if it's leave a card on file, I can deal with that. However, having to pay $50 per guess in advance when over 4 people it's a little disheartening, it's 2021 guys! ... well 2025 now! Lol
Although this place has since closed, I hope to visit a similar place w the same standard of customer service, food, and beverages !! Best...
Read moreThis was actually the worst dining experience I have had. I'm not sure whether the customer service was low because it was busy but I did not have a great experience. The waiter we had was Makayla R on 07/03/2021. It was my first time going to this establishment and as soon as my friend and I are seated the waiter inquires, "y'all ready to order?" I would have preferred an introduction of her her name and more pleasantries. Following this, the waiter came and brought us water and never inquired whether we wanted drinks nor did she stay at our table long enough for us to ask, and I love alcoholic drinks, but I received zero beverages other than water for the entire night. I assumed that maybe the waiter was just very busy. Next, the waiter engaged in a verbal altercation advising my friend that she only reserved a table for 4 people. This disagreement continued for about 2-3 minutes until my husband pulled his phone out to visually show the waiter the confirmation of a reserved table for 6 people. Later, our food is brought to our table by a different waiter and then he leaves. We all have our food but no utensils. We sit there for 8 minutes trying to contact a waiter for utensils. Finally, I get up and walk to the back where the employees are standing and put in a request for utensils. The waiter that I spoke with comes out and serves another table and 3 more minutes pass. The other friend grabs his attention for a request of utensils again and he finally brings them. At the end of the dinner the waiter drops the bill on the table and walks away. I am all about customer service and this situation was not very pleasant.
During the night, my friend requested to speak with the supervisor and tried to explain the situation over extremely loud music. It would have been better if there was a more quiet place to talk. My friend attempted to pay for the check which had came out declined due to her not letting her bank know she was out of state. So the manager advises that he will have security bring her a phone to call her bank. I'm not sure how much sense this makes if we could barley hear someone next to us talking. The security approaches and I just proceed with paying with my card instead. That was the end of my...
