Vashon Pizza — Restaurant in Washington

Initially, my game night group would come here to get our nightly pizzas and enjoy each others company. A couple of weeks ago, we ordered our usual and were told the pizzas would take about 25 minutes. No problem really, that's average for our order. We wait and come around a few minutes before time and find that our pizzas have not even been cooked yet. We had waited another 20 minutes before I walked up to the counter to even ask why we were waiting so long; the pizzas were missing an ingredient because they ran out of it, so they had to go pick some up. I personally would have liked maybe a call or some kind of acknowledgment that said the wait time would have been longer so I could have at least told my friends I was going to be late.

Later on, one of my other game night members made a complaint to the restaurant about the service from this incident, and justly so, as the total amount of wait time was 45 minutes. When my friend was at his own work on the island, the owner of the restaurant came in, knowing he was there, and told him that our group would no longer be accepted at that restaurant because of that complaint. We did that math; the restaurant just turned away $2000 (give or take a day) for the year because of one complaint.

Take that as you will, but I'm sure the other restaurants on the island will be more then happy with our money because we are never coming back now, even if...

Pizza was delicious, nice portion of sauce and covered with much toppings I got the mushroom and olive pizza, I came here because I was disappointed in the pizza place around the corner called (Ole Sole Mio) the cashier was touching pieces of pizza with her hands while working the register so disgusting 🤢 and unsanitary I'm glad I came to vashon pizza because the pizzas have more sauce great pizza for great price I paid $4.50 for a huge slice of pizza customer service was great and the young lady who was serving me grabs my pizza with serving tongues without me even asking...
