Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Wasilla

The food is good the issue comes to staff (mainly management) and how quick orders can take... Everytime I go a Big Carl and fries takes 20min even if I'm the only one in the lobby, meanwhile the drive thru orders get done in minutes... I have also seen an issue with the managers... I've had times where an order was placed and items were added to a burger that doesnt belong, when we called the manager said what do you expect me to do about it??? Meanwhile said person had no clue what even on said burger... There have been days when only 3 people were working one in the back preping, the other running around like a chicken with her head cut off literally doing everything from lobby and drive threw, to the griddle, and working the fryer... Meanwhile the "manager" was mainly standing there playing with her phone and watching this girl actually work... The only work this manager was doing was putting the sandwiches and burgers together, so instead of helping this employee actually put meals together, work the fryer, make eggs and lightening the load to be more productive, she stood and watched... When issues arise and the employees are working and the manager isn't you may wonder why issues with this place are occurring... Some of the management needs to be...

It’s National Hamburger Day! I didn’t have time for lunch today so I decided to get a burger at Carl’s Jr. on my way home from work. Which really wasn’t on my way home but I took the detour with exactly what I wanted in mind. At the drive-thru I give my order, a six dollar burger with bacon, no lettuce, and make it a meal. The lady at the drive-thru asked how many patties I wanted. I said just one...???? She then asked if I wanted just the burger or something else. I said make it a meal? She asked what size. I said medium with a Sprite. She said, I sorry we are out of sprite is there any other drink you would like? I said, root beer. When I arrived at home with my meal, the burger was an extra-thick burger that did not have bacon on it and there was double the lettuce that I didn’t want After removing the lettuce the burger was still good but again no bacon. It was disappointing but I think it was just the fact that the lady wasn’t listening to...

Quite possibly the most disappointing franchise in Wasilla. It always takes forever to get your food in the drive thru, and half the time the order is screwed up!! This morning after ordering and paying it took an additional 9 mins worth of waiting without anyone coming up to the window to explain why its so difficult to make a breakfast burger and a biscuit and gravy. I waited as long as I could and then had to leave without my food. Unlike the individuals that worked here this morning I have a job that I cant be lazy and late for. I understand that making food is a difficult process ( very close to rocket surgery ) however 9 mins sitting and waiting without any explanation is ridiculous. I did however get a $11 small ice tea so not all bad LMAO. I will never be back again. The prices are too high and the customer service sucks.
