I have about a 5 min video of my experience attempting to pickup my mobile order. When i arrived they had locked the door. Rather than someone come to the door to tell me how i needed to pickup my order, they intentionally ignored me. I tried to go to the drive thru speaker to get their attention but they did not answer. It was not until a customer coming to kfc qfter me saw that i needed help and forced them to answer afyer taking his order. told them i could not go through the drive thru because i had a trailer attached, i was told i would have to walk through the drivethru to get my order. Then despite the app saying my order was ready, it was not. When i asked to speak to the on shift manager about the issues i experienced at the door, he was anything but professional and despite my attempts to calmly understand kfcs policies and reason for making me do such acts, he choose to be argumentative and blaming for what is clearly not a kfc policy by his own admissions in the video. When i received the drink for my order, the ice was completely melted. When i asked the manager to please verfiy my order contents before handing me the kfc bag. He refused. Ultimately, i discovered my order was missing the kfc nuggets I ordered and a side of gravy after having to walk all the way around kfc back to my vehicle. Because Im a 100% disabled veteran with a back injury that makes lifting impossible i had to rely on the charity of someone else to unhook my trailer so that i could then go thru the drive thru to ask about my missing items from my order. I was told at the speaker they did not even have any nuggets in the 1st place, but made no mention of that or offered me a substituion when he handed me my order initially because your manager refused to verify my order contents, or ensure his workers were doing there jobs right. When i asked for a refund after discovering there were no nuggets, the manager refused to give me even a partial refund for my order. Ultimately i did not get what i paid for in my order. Kfc is a treat for me because i live on social security, instead I was ripped off, ridiculed, and now dealing with pain.
The kfc manager was not kind, courteous or any of the most basic customer service qualities. This was the WORST experience i have ever had at ANY fast food chain in my entire life. Asked to park out front to wait for our order as an item was a few minutes away from being done, and 3 min later an associate brings out the meal\food that was behind BUT NOT THE REST OF OUR ORDER! When we asked for it, to be all together, she said that's it! The rest would be 10 min. So sent her with the wrong ticket back in, she comes out immediately and goes to the vehicle next to us along if they had ordered.... Cited our exact full order, so I said that was ours. She then says no because she just delivered ours! Had to remind her she took the one dish back in to get the full order, and even had to have her look at the cameras! No matter who attempted to explain why we were upset after 47 min out front, 56 min total from order time, to receive cold, and extremely terrible food after. Not a single entree was edible as you could LITERALLY see salt coated upon the chicken strips, each fry, cheese curd, fish piece, even the cole slaw and biscuit had visible salt on them. Shorted am entire order of fries, both were supposed to be a large and it was a small, the spicy strips had sauce poured all over the biscuits and fries with the very paper just thrown on top of the fries in the strip container. Took everything back in, showed the visible salts, and the girl who served us smirked, said that we received exactly what we requested, "Please may we have salted french fries?"
She purposely sabotaged it beyond edible simply because she couldn't read our take out...

I tried to order an 8 piece meal, dark meat and the General Manager Dan tells us that we cannot get an 8 piece meal with only dark meat unless we call ahead to special order the meal. Since when does KFC have a special order rule? Is there a disclaimer that states you must order ahead for all dark meat? If there is, I have never seen it. I have been to numerous KFC's throughout different states and this is the first one that says you have to place a special order if you want all dark meat. I even asked Dan if they had the eight pieces of dark meat in original or crispy, we would take whichever as long as it was 8 pieces. Dan, continued to state that it had to be special ordered. If you have to special order chicken at a fast food restaurant, how is that considered fast food.
I'm perplexed by the entire situation.This is an example of poor customer service, beginning with management and if your paying $30.00 for 8 pieces of chicken, I believe you should be able to order the type of chicken you want and not what they try to force you to take.
