Wingstop — Restaurant in Wasilla

Fist off this is not my first experience with this restaurant, I had ordered food over a year ago and just chalked up the soggy wings, fries and extremely slow service to the current state of affairs affecting our world. Now I know better.

Today I Ordered a batch of boneless and traditional wings in three flavors for me and a coworker. The boneless wings we’re soggy and under cooked, and the meat was brown in color! I ended up throwing about half of them out as they were not edible, and have made my stomach turn. The traditional wings for my coworker were over cooked to the point of being hard and chalky and again not really edible.

Needless to say the gas station wings down the street are better, and I am never ordering from them again.

Update on Review I did previously give a 1 star rating. But today I decided to try them again as I have heard several people give High praise and to my delight it was actually very good! The two dry rubs were nice a crispy and the one sauce I tried had good flavor, and the fries were well seasoned so I am bumping up to a 4...

I normally come here for lunch and have a good Experience with the staff that work during the day. And the food.

Tonight I went in, 2 of the female Employees were outside talking to a guy in a car. After I arrived they went inside, one of the girls signed the second one onto the computer... it was the wrong computer, so the first girl had to go back outside, to grab the other girl and Have her sign in on the right computer. Honestly not professional at all.. they are probably super young. But this isn’t how people that are making my food and taking my order should be acting. If the people that work during the day weren’t so great, this alone would make me not want to come here anymore.

Also my fries look like they were made last week and someone forgot about them while they...

I just ordered food through DoorDash and I’m missing an entire meal. Missing an entire meal is just unacceptable???

How does that happen when you have a receipt right in front of you to check off as you go through it. I don’t write reviews very often. I’m not that type of person but when I call 5 times and get put on hold for 30min and waste my Saturday afternoon I’m annoyed. I want my money back. We don’t even want the meal anymore.

My Dasher Jacky was fantastic though and she called be right immediately and also informed me that she also write a bad review due to attitude problems in the store and poor service and that my meal was sitting on the rack for 25min with her sitting there waiting and she had to ask for my stuff. And was given an attitude???? Terrible...
