Marshalls — Local services in Watauga

Olena S- "store Co-ordinator " needs to be fired. It was 10 min to close and she barels around a corner while i try to make my way to the front with my final selections. She runs into me. No big deal it seemed like an accident. I say excuse me and then things got bad. She gives me a hateful look and mumbles something about "entitled white people" under her breath. I asked excuse me what did you say? And she responded "you heard me". That is hate speech and i will not tolerate it. I will be reaching out to corporate and my attorney to see what i should to to handle this. All for me using manors. I have never been treated like that in any of your stores. I can't believe she made a racist comment! Because i apologized? Half the staff witnessed it. To top it off as is if the racist ladies comment wasnt bad enough. She had the nerve to get in my face and grabbed my arm!?!? I would like to request this be handled correctly. Marshalls is awesome and hate to think one woman is making the company look that bad single handedly. She is the type of person that should stay out of customer service/retail. The most hateful woman i have ever seen. She mocked me for being upset. "Oh did the entitled white man have a bad day? Did i upset the poor white man? That is the definition of racism and thats who is representing this company? Please handle this the right way and ill escalate this all the way to the top.if i have to. Im honestly furious and was having an awesome day until this. Now i dont feel comfortable even going in...

Low , Low on the purses since Christmas and it Feb. 4!!! Purses are getting too darn expensive!!!! I bought a Jessica Simpson Purse, got home noticed it said on tag very lightly, as is., Well, I'm thinking WTH, I look and the handle to carry is broke and the zipper on the one side is coming unsewed. OMG, I payed 30.00 for this piece of nothing purse. So, I had to hire the men to fix it it is to get her with---- wait for it, lol, green fishing string. OMG, at least you really can't see it. I just kept asking, what's the pound test on this fishing string. It's kinda funny, I know! Marshalls should not be aloud to sell broken things at all. Nice, and very organized. The employees were not friendly nor were they helpful. My sister went to customer service to ask them to call another store for a pair of shoes. Instead, the cashier said, "I'm sure no store has these shoes, because it's a SALE item ". It shouldn't matter, she was asked to call and she should have done just that. You could see that she didn't want to be bothered! Because of the employees there, I can't give this store a 5 star. It doesn't take a minute to say hello. I spoke to 7 employees, not one...
