Live in the neighborhood so i started coming a couple times a week. First issue, they turn off espresso early to clean it.. everything you offer should be available until close. Second issue, they regularly close before the posted time. Im sitting here as we speak at 730pm, doors locked. 3rd issue is the service, its either a very personable experience, or the person is rude, cold or literally doesn't speak and avoids eye contact. Sad, but if i cant rely on you having the product you sell available, and i cant depend on you being open when you say you are, then ill buy my $7 coffee someplace else.
