Dunkin' — Restaurant in Waterbury

Came to the Dunkin’ Donuts today ( 1249 w main st). Everyday I order coffee for my client and myself. My client likes his coffee small black 3 splendas put in a medium cup. The manager Tueta told me she would have to charge me for a medium. What how does me wanting coffee in a medium cup have to do with me paying for the next size up! She then continue by saying if I do t like it I can just leave! What that’s when I lost my cool with her. She walked away so I ask if I could buy a medium foam cup on top of the small. Now I have to pay for the small coffee and also a medium cup that cost 66 cents. I was like why is the cup 66 cents when they where 10 cents not to long ago. Is it me or is Dunkin’ Donuts pulling an Apple move. Charging ridiculous prices for a foam cup to make more money! There predatory moves have just lost another customer! I buy two coffees in the morning and two coffees at night so do the math! By the way every other dunkin doesn’t have this policy. Only this store! So...

Place it's good. They always make the coffee the way I want it and the people behind the counter it's nice. Nothing bad to say about this Dunkin donuts. Also plenty of parking. Always crowded a bit so if you crossing from the parking to the store always look first. People driving cars in Waterbury they don't stop. They have some kind of mental problem. They think when they driving a car that they can mix their problems with people on the streets, plus they always in some kind of hurry I don't know exactly what they hurry is but they don't even have a minute to stop for a person...

DISGUSTING SERVICE THEY REFUSED TO TAKE AN ORDER FROM MY WIFE SIMPLY BECAUSE SHE WAS IN A WHEELCHAIR TOOK 5 OTHERS NEXT TO HER BUT NEVER HER WHEN I ATTEMPTED TO ASK IF ANYONE WOULD TAKE HER ORDER THEY ALSO IGNORED ME SPOKE WITH MANAGER ON DUTY ALL THEY REPLIED WAS OK ,PLEASE DON'T PATRONIZE SUCH DISCRIMINATION GO ELSEWHERE...
