Edgewood Pizza — Restaurant in Waterbury

Prices seemed fair-ish I asked for a large ceaser salad (with extra dresskng) Fettuccini Alfredo and if possible parm cheese on the side or on it And garlic bread with cheese

Just a little back round. This is my daughter and I first night at our new place I know nothing about where I am. And because of being brand new I have NO grocieres to be able to add cheese and things

Ok so

1. ceaser salad? It was lettuce (fresh) and croutons with NO DRESSING and those packets of dressing you buy it was god awful and not what you'd expect ordering a ceaser salad from an Italian place
2. LIGUNIE Alfredo? Came in Zitti hard, veryyyy hard with what tasted like a gravy sauce (it was brown) but the chicken wasn't half bad on it I actually can't complaon about the chicken came although it was not Alfredo tasting at all.... Also there was so parmashan cheese that i asked for when I called
3. garlic bread was just soggy. But my daughter can eat butter out of the tin so she liked it .

Maybe I caught them on a bad night Maybe I'm spoiled from where I just moved from knowing the hot spots for delivery Maybe if I had salad dressing and cheese and other things to add if I hadn't just moved Id be able to accommodate myself better Id possibly have a better experience

Anyone out there know any good delivery pizza well more Italian? I'm in Waterbury?? I'm off of Hamilton I think haha I have no idea where anything is any tips will be helpful Or if someone likes something specific from here I wouldn't be 100% opposed if someone gave a good reference of a great item they have tried to try

I have to give them credit. They were very pleasant on the phone.... Delivery was in a very reasonable time! My delivery driver was very good about remembering to use certain doors!

Any advice for a new place would...

I was delivered the worst pizza ever. We ordered a bacon and onion pizza and this is the leftovers that have been sitting in the window all day. It’s half a pepperoni and half cheese with bacon and onion thrown on top and reheated.I didn’t even order pepperoni! The onions are raw red onions and the crust is like stone. Called the restaurant and they wanted nothing to do with it since I ordered through a delivery app. Didn’t even own up to it. The pieces don’t even line up. It looks like it was three pizzas meddled together to make it look edible. The pizza has to have been cooked this morning. I took a bite of one and the pizza was even cold. Last time ordering from here. It is now in the trash. I posted a photo so you can see in the two halves of a disgusting pizza. Definitely a health hazard as well. People touching it all day so you can sell slices and you just throw the leftover back in the oven with raw onions...

Honestly terrible food. I ordered through Uber eats and the delivery itself was fine - very quick and simple. The food, however, was nothing short of trash. I got a small cheese pizza and it was absolutely soaked in grease through and through to where each bite felt like a sponge - Also had barely any taste to it. I got an order of mozzarella sticks too and they tasted exactly like the ones I used to get served for lunch back in school. All in all, not good - stay away and spend your money elsewhere.

Editing due to response from business below: the delivery had nothing to do with it; it was fast and efficient. Your food quality was the issue here, hot or cold it lacked flavor and wasn’t worth even half the price. Thank you for your awful grammar in your response as well, you’ve represented your unprofessionalism very well here. I’m sure people will feel great...
