Food is good but the 2 ladies that the owner has on the register should be somewhere else horrible customer service ive been there multiple times when is super full and when is empty like today is incredible that im the only one waiting for a sandwich and another gentleman is waiting to take his order and the girl is on her personal phone she sees my sandwich come out grabs it and puts it back doesn’t call my name mind you im the only one there waiting but shes on her PERSONAL phone making the gentleman wait to take his order and the other girl comes from the back and sees my sandwich and tells her why didn’t you give her the sandwich these kind of things pisses me off because food aint cheap and now a days time cost money if she was taking a order I wouldn’t had cared but she wasn’t and i hate when people do these things like if you was in my shoes you wouldn’t like that to be done to you. I hope one day they open another bakery like this in town to not come...

Customer service is non existence tried ordering by phone, bad connection after a few attempts finally get girl that picks up the phone and has the nerve to say are you going to place an order or KEEP hanging up. I said you don't need to be so damb RUDE, she tells my daughter we're not taking your order. My whole family loves this place we come down from southern New Hampshire to purchase the loaves of bread and whatever else looks amazing that day and it also depends on who I am with because they have some amazing desserts and the breakfast sandwiches are worth the try I promise... Also as far as service goes I have had mixed feelings because I have had both great and some not so great service there, but I have had more positive experiences there than I have had negative, with that being said GO THERE YOU WONT BE...
