The Cave — Restaurant in Waterbury

My first visit to The Cave was on Saturday, July 19th. It is a cosy, welcoming bar with nostalgic vibes The bartender, Katie was an excellent dink mixer, she has definitely honed this craft. She was engaging with the customers and very funny, you just wanted to keep talking to her!

I really enjoyed the casual atmosphere, no pretention here, just down to earth good people, relaxing and having a good time.

The bar itself was clean and well maintained.

I also chatted with Freddie, another bartender at The Cave. He happened to be there when I visited. He was as nice as Katie and very knowledgeable about the bar!
