Every time I've gone here it's been terrible. Pretty sure I've just hit my final visit...
There's two lanes and yet they only focus on one. They'll do 4 cars to every 1 from the other side. It's ridiculous.
Today takes the cake though... Took forever for someone to start taking our order... Guy finally starts to take it only to suddenly disappear... We say hello a few times and no body is there... Meanwhile 2 cars are taken care of on the other side. We say hello a few more times, now a bit louder and a woman asks how she can help us. We tell her that we were being helped and that the guy had suddenly stopped... She tells us to hold on, and yet again 2 more vehicles are assisted on the other side and we still haven't been able to completely put our order in. She comes back and we finally finish our order. We get up to the window, get our food and drive off... We're on the highway heading down Rt 8 passing Naugatuck when my daughter goes to eat her cheeseburger and low and behold... There's no burger. There's cheese, ketchup, onions, pickles and bread... But no meat.

Read moreThe meat was raw in the middle of 1 of the quarter pounders I ordered. My 4yr old son took a bite of it first and when I went to bite it, I noticed it was pink. I then broke off a piece of the meat, it was completely raw. I called the restaurant and explained to the "manager" the situation, he seemed unphased by what I was telling him. He offered me a new burger, which I declined because I will no longer be eating at McDonald's. I asked him for the corporate number, he said he did not have it on him and to look it up online. He did apologize with no remorse in his voice and said,"what do you want me to do about it?" I will be monitoring my son for any food borne illness in the next days. I am expecting a full refund and a phone call from the franchise owner/General manager/ corporate representative to speak with me about this. How can our economy afford to pay $13- 15 dollars an hour for mediocre service at a fast-food restaurant? Where is the training? Where is quality control?? My son could potentially be very sick from this. I WILL BE CONTACTING MY LAWYER SHOULD ANYTHING HAPPEN TO MY CHILD. THIS IS...
